If me dying my hair out of sheer boredom isn’t a sign that I need to get a hobby, I don’t know what is. I used Crazy Color in ‘Hot Purple’ and mixed it with conditioner to lighten the shade. It’s a sort of pastel purple hair colour/eggplant emoji shade. Who knows if that’s what I was going for but either way I like it. I'm giving myself a 9/10 for this. Well done, Lauren.

I uncovered an old CV hiding in the dark, forgotten depths of my laptop with only an emo poem and Amanda Bynes photos for company. I cringed and laughed, but mostly I was impressed with my ability to twist the truth, big myself up and lie for personal gain.

You know the type. *Actual* adults that are proper grown ups. The kind you think one day you’ll grow up to be and then you realise you’re 26 and aren’t even close. Most of the time it feels as though the older I get, the less I know.

My bag is full of receipts, foreign objects and things I can’t explain. It contains very few things that a bag actually should, and a Hell of a lot of random crap. I decided to try something crafty. That something was learning how to make origami animals. Having never tried origami before, I started with an origami kit especially designed for children and began with high hopes and enthusiasm.
