Although this year may have been rough as a country, it was pretty blessed for me! Started a challenging, accelerated nursing program and made some fantastic new friends, visited both major mountain ranges, and asked the love of my life to marry me! Trying to look toward 2017 with a positive view ❤️

I know it's technically Thursday now, but I'm still going to give a big #wcw shoutout to @emilydcamp for being my rock during these finals. Thank you for being so supportive while I freak out and for always encouraging me to be my best. Thank you for keeping me sane through this program and for your unconditional love when I'm sure I'm being completely annoying with my nursing talk. I stood so close to President Obama tonight and I heard him speak live for the second time in my life. He is much more gray than when I saw him in 2008, but has just as much spunk, enthusiasm, and drive as always. Thanks to him for the last 8 years!! (at Capital University)
