A day and a half late but we made it out of the Bay Area and are on the road to Oregon!

My sweet Lola died yesterday morning on the operating room table while having a tooth extracted. She went into cardiac arrest as they began administering anesthetic. She was in great health, and we aren't sure why this happened. Ali and I are heart broken and devastated. Though small, she has left a giant hole in our lives. She was an amazing dog; full of contagious joy and love. She went everywhere with me. Adopting her changed my life and I am forever grateful for the short time we had together. Hug your sweeties, your babies, and your loveys tight tonight. Our time together here is often too short. #littlelo #mutt #chiuahua #love #rip #muttdog

Thank you Jessica, Yanni, and Djolt for a wonderful weekend! Had so much fun I forgot to take pictures. We had an epic campfire grill session and drank a bottle and a half of tequila. Woke up the next day without a hangover (thank you expensive tequila!), and spent the day at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. ❤️
