1.5 years of sterek brainrot and I've somehow never drawn derek with red eyes nor the classic trope of the sheriff walking in on them? for shame, mel.

Any story featuring feral derek or him getting a little lost in his instincts are so important to me - this man who never gets to keep anything good in his life digging his claws into stiles and saying no, this one is mine, you can't have him - you see the vision 💭💭

i just saw a post on reddit titled "the writer is cooking but the food doesn't agree with me" and it was about OP clicking off a fic because they don't like the direction it's going in. slightly different context but can we all be more like this reddit OP. i think "the writer is cooking but the food doesn't agree with me" should be the new "don't like don't read." dead doves may give you diarrhea but don't make that everyone else's problem.

Co Alphas Derek and Lydia where they share the alpha spark.

So Derek gets hurt badly and the alpha spark chooses Lydia to go to even though she’s not a wolf. But Derek pulls through and the switch isn’t fully done so they both have half the alpha spark. Like each get only one red eye and Derek can lend Lydia some of his wolfiness. They both run the pack even though the two have little to no involvement with each other sans their field trip to the Hale house to resurrect Peter

which artists inspired your art style?

A huge inspiration is the early 2000/2010s ‘American anime’ art style like teen titans and other cartoons like the webisode art/gen artwork for monster high. Another huge one (and I didn’t even realize this until recently) is the style from a movie called ‘Groove Squad’ that I was obsessed with as a kid. As for artists, it’s been years and some have either left the internet or I just don’t remember their names haha. The only one I can think of is Anna Cattish

And not to be too cliche but a lot of my friends/moots have inspired me in huge ways! Drawing for people rather than just a general audience makes drawing more fun and enjoyable, so much so that I actually like to try new things with my art uwu

how did Kanae become your favorite character? Also who do you ship her with the most?

Her design is absolutely stunning! She is just so soft and sweet but also so strong and intelligent. I love her potential! I’m also a sucker for sister storylines and she and her sister(s) are just so tragic.

In terms of shipping I ship her with Sanemi the most! They seem like they would have balanced each other out in so many ways. So much potential!
