List of Things I Would Love to See in Pokemon Go
1. Interaction with your Pokemon
Even if it’s just some minor thing like petting them with your finger or something or using the AR for them to “run around your room” or whatever. It just feels a little lacking (to me) that you catch all these pokemon that you can’t really do anything with.
2. Better tracking system
It would be nice if we could have a visual to at least tell us if we’re going in the right direction. Hot-Cold meter? Something? Because I wandered for a long time today looking for a Squirtle.
3. Trading with Other Players
It would be great if you could have a friends list that you could trade with, but even in-person trading (kind of like old school pokemon trading in the games but without the cords!) would be a fun feature!
4. Longer Pokemon Names
I just think we’re too limited here imho.
5. Pokemon Go Runs in Background
I have to keep my phone unlocked and the app open to have my steps counted and my game to work. It would be fantastic if the system worked in the background so I could be at, say, Wal-Mart with my phone in my pocket and it vibrates to let me know a Pokemon is nearby!
6. Tracking Tags
It would be AWESOME if we were looking for a very specific Pokemon and we could leave a “tag” so that we can always be alerted when we’re anywhere near that specific Pokemon! Maybe I want to load up on Pikachus, huh?
