At first, Ochako didn't say anything when Tsuyu randomly disappeared one evening around six pm from the office, figuring that the woman had simply went home. However, after the third time around, Ochako had gotten curious and confronted the woman one night, a night that, ironically, saw Tsuyu not leaving unexpectedly.
"Alright Tsu, fess up. Who is it?" Ochako asked as the two were leaving the office one evening.
"Huh?" Tsuyu asked, caught off guard by Ochako's sudden words. Ochako smirked at that moment, which made the dark-haired woman wary somewhat.
"Who's the guy Tsu? And don't try to deny it because I know you," Ochako chided. A bright red blush bloomed on Tsuyu's face at that moment, feeling flustered at being caught.
"Umm...You see...uh..." Tsuyu fumbled, her face turning more red with each second before letting out a long sigh at that moment.
"Okay, I'll tell you. I was trying to wait until I was ready but you already figured it out." A gleeful Ochako followed Tsuyu back into the office and Tsuyu gave her an explanation on where she had been disappearing to. To say that Ochako was shocked was a major understatement.
"I feel bad for not telling you but we haven't 'officially' made it official yet," Tsuyu explained, feeling some kind of relief to be able to tell Ochako. Ochako nodded, feeling genuinely happy for her best friend as Tsuyu had basically became a workaholic.
"To be honest, he was the last person I expected. Though, their personalities do mesh very well," Ochako thought to herself. Later on that night, Tsuyu was at home, watching a crime-show when her doorbell rang. Grinning, Tsuyu got up and opened the door, revealing a man with cropped red and white colored hair.
"Hi Shoto," Tsuyu greeted warmly.
"Hey Tsu," Shoto greeted back as the two embraced for a moment before Shoto stepped into the living room. He then looked at the television and smiled knowingly. "Watching your favorite show eh?"
"You know it," Tsuyu quipped back as the pairing settled into the couch with Tsuyu immediately curling up into Shoto's left side, sighing in relief from the heat radiating from Shoto's left side. Almost two hours later, after the show ended, Tsuyu spoke up.
"I told Ochako about us," Tsuyu stated and Shoto looked at her. "I hope you don't mind Shoto. I know we'd said we wait until we'd made it official."
"It's fine," Shoto replied, nonchalant. "I'm surprised you hadn't told her sooner actually." Tsuyu had the good grace to blush at Shoto's words.
