🌟💧Wishing Spell With Water💧🌟
What you need:
Bath (or Shower but works best with bath) with running water
Rose Quartz
Red or Pink Candle (small is recommended)
White Candle (small is recommended)
Lavender Petals
Rose Petals
Rosemary incense
Small Cup
Steps:
Draw a warm-hot bath and sprinkle the Lavender and Rose Petals all over the bath water, if you're using a shower, place the petals in a small cup to place in the shower with you
Place the Rose Quartz to the side with the red/pink candle and white candle on either side of it
Light the candles and the incense together as you relax and clear your mind
Step into the water only thinking of your wish in silence (it is important to only think of your wish the entire time you're in the water)
With closed eyes, wash your hair & face, again only thinking of your wish in silence
When finished, slowly get out of the water and allow the candles to burn down completely as you think of your wish in silence
Drain the water while collecting the last few petals in a small cup with some of the water. If using a shower, collect a bit of the water in your cup of petals
Let the cup sit overnight or at least 12 hours before disposing outside.
Clean up and be patient, you should see the results within a week.

crystal magic basics 💎
a quick guide for using and caring for your crystal
— cleanse l it's important to cleanse your crystal of negative or stale energies before and after you carry it for an extended period of time or use it in your practice.
methods of crystal cleansing
— water cleansing | mix sea salt and clear water from a natural source — such as spring water or rain water. submerge your crystals and let them sit overnight. (don't use this method with crystals that are water soluble)
— smoke cleansing I pass your crystal through incense or herb smoke of your choice
— fire cleansing | quickly pass your crystal through the flame of a lit candle or match (safely and carefully! not all crystals are safe to pass through fire, so please do your research)
— salt cleansing | cover your crystals completely in sea salt and allow them to sit overnight before uncovering them
— earth cleansing | like salt cleansing, bury your crystals in dirt or soil and allow them to sit overnight before uncovering them
— sound cleansing | use bells, song bowls, a tuning fork, any musical instrument, or even just play music or ambient sounds in close proximity to your crystal
— program I after cleansing, you can program your crystal with your desired intention so long as it aligns with the properties of the crystal itself
methods of crystal programming
— visualize | hold your crystal in the hand that feels most comfortable, and imagine a soft light filling your crystal while you focus on your intention. rest when you feel you've activated the crystal
— communicate | while holding your crystal, have a conversation with it. this can be out loud or in your head. be sure to make your intentions clear and show gratitude when you feel your crystal has been activated
— familiarize | carry your crystal with you for a few days or weeks while you focus on your intent. eventually the crystal will activate by picking up your intentions
— charge | lastly, after you've programmed your intent into the crystal, choose a suitable method of charging it with energy
methods of crystal charging
— sunlight | put your crystals outside or on your windowsill in sunlight for the day. (this may cause color fading in certain crystals)
— moonlight | put your crystals outside or on your windowsill overnight in moonlight (pretty much exactly like sunlight but without the possibility of crystal color fading)
— your energy I hold your crystal in your hand and focus your energy into it, allowing it to charge
when you’re finished using your crystals, be sure to store them in a cleansed, sacred, and safe space.
and that’s it! you now have access to magic rocks. enjoy!
Artemis leaves behind lightly rustling leaves as she passes through the woods.
Poseidon leaves behind glimmering footprints as he glides across the beach.
Hera leaves behind shimmering feathers as she moves along the shoreline.
Zeus leaves behind crackling air as he walks in the halls.
You need not look around. The gods walk with you wherever you are.

by Keziah
Hard times have come, often bringing with them uncertainty and twists and turns in our paths. For those who are seeking a new path or who are presented with choices that they don't know how to make sense of, for those who seek guidance as to what's meant for them and what's best for them at this time, and for those who don't wish to dive into anything new without weighing the potential outcomes of that newness, this collection of tarot spreads is for you.
'The Witch on her Broomstick' by Ida Rentoul Outhwaite, 1921.
Hey all, I am back, finally.. :)
I have missed the sense of community and I would love to follow some blogs and make friends in the community again. I don't know how busy Tumblr is now, but years ago there was a pretty big community here. Please reblog this if you post:
- Witchcraft
- Kemeticism
- Slavic paganism
- Norse paganism
- Divination, crystals etc
- Herbs and herbal healing
- Anything else relating to spirituality, paganism, etc.
I'll check out your blog and follow you 💚
🔥 Burnable Spellboxes 🔥
For spells, rituals or offerings!
I just made some offering boxes to put into the wickercreature at Castlefest, so I wanted to share some ideas! I had this idea for a while and finally found some time and energy to make some.
What you need:
🔥 Pretty patterned paper (I got some paper blocks from the dollar store)
🔥 Spell ingredients/Offerings (anything goes as long as it burns)
🔥 Cord/wool/linnen ribbon (remember: natural fibers)
🔥 Optional: pretty flowers for the top!
What you do:
Find a favourite tutorial for an origami box online. I used this one. And fold your pretty papers into a box. If you want, decorate the box a bit more. I made three: one for the Goddess Baduhenna, one for Nehalennia and one for the Horned God. I designed bindrunes for them and put them on the bottom of the boxes.
I got some fresh flowers from my garden and wrote down some poems (and made my own) to dedicate to the Gods. Then I added some herbs, lots of Marjoram as a taglock (my name means Marjoram) and even a bit of my favourite perfume. I wanted to make it as personal as possible.
Now simply close them and tie them shut. I used wool in the colours that matched the deities I’m making them for. I also tied some pretty flower to the top!
And there it is! Now my boxes are ready to be sacrificed! Of course you can substitute any offerings by spell ingredients to make it into a spellbox! Have fun, and as always, feel free to tag me when you make these! 🌙
