32,when I lost my dad, 2023, I'd lost uncles and aunts ,grandparents and cousins, even a friend before this....but this hit different ...I honestly sympathise so badly with those who experienced such grief from a young age,

Some days pass by like normal, others ,others like today I physically feel my heart ache ,My chest tightens up and the tears don't ask permission to stream down my face,all I feel is Warmth on My cheek ,where his hugs used to land.

Probably wouldn't admit this anywhere else, nobody I know is active here, which brings another point up, why is there that slight embarrament in admitting you're falling apart??
