Your disorder is yours don't let anyone dictate it, you wanna eat that cookie and yk you won't feel guilty? Do it. You know you can manage eating some junk food within your calories and burn it off? Do it. There are no rules, this is yours to fight and survive.
People out here calling 1200 a binge sigh I wish I was anorexic and not just an ednos being

Vent art #2
Do Y'all want context?
yeah
Nah
(I'm not seeking attention I just want to see if y'all want me to explain this art or not)
So I had this friend...we're gonna call him B. He was my first friend after I moved into my current house 4 years ago. I started dating him but simply out of pity, and later broke up with him. He started harassing me and blackmailing me which led to other serious issues. He was toxic and I hated him. Our parents forced us to try to get along and after a few years we finally began to settle down with a Frenemy relationship, and it was pretty toxic nonetheless. He suddenly moved away out of nowhere during the summer while i was gone cuz his Stepdad and mom divorced. I convinced myself that I was glad he was gone...That I would finally be at peace without him. But that toxic relationship stuck to me and I realized how lonely I am without him. Which I honestly feel like a moron for, since he was an actual abusive bitch. But I sometimes felt like we truly understood each other..Which is stupid.
Oh vee dear I'm so so sorry to hear this :( you have undergone so much and it pains me how much time you spent stuck with that person, just imagining the terrible things he did to you. I have also gone through a toxic trauma bound. I may not understand what you're going through because we had different experiences but I see you. I see how much suffering it is causing you. And you have been strong, strong as fuck for handling that person for years. Of course you're glad but also lonely, that person separated you from the rest of the people. I'm imagining you spent more time with him than with anyone else, or even alone. It is tough. It is tough to get out of it. Maybe you did understand each other, maybe you only understoond each other's sick version. We don't have an answer to that. But I'm guessing you're not that old. And even if you were you still have time. You still have time to bond with more unique people who won't treat you like shit. You still have time to let time pass and let it do its work. You have time. To meet to be happy to be you. I know this might sound like a bunch of bulshit but one way or another it's nice to think we are working towards a warm nice destination. And it's true. Now you probably need a lot of time to process everything and trust another human the way you trusted that person again, but it isn't impossible. I hope your mother lets you go to therapy sooner or later, that could definitely help. But either way, continue drawing, and continue expressing your feelings. You're very resilient. If you need to talk I'd love to hear. If not it's okay. Be safe and have a good day 💕
My psychologist: "congrats on 1 month binge free! Enjoy your food freedom 💕"
Me with 4 weeks of restriction shoved up my ass 🙈💓😸💕❤️🩹😜🙂↕️🥰
The ❤️ stopper adaptation is so corny I just watch it for the €d content and hope it triggers me atp (sorry kinda sorry because I really liked the comics back when I read them)
Hi guys! Because I can't post this on my art account (or maybe can, but still don't want to say where it's from lmao) here's how imagine Cass and Lia from winter girls. Maybe they're completely different from what I think but that's okay! I'm only halfway through it.
I imagine Lia being tall with brittle straight hair. From the book I have only retained that she uses a lot of coats and layers and that Cass had chipmunk cheeks and curly hair (?) from when Lia last saw her hanging posters with a new jeans or something.
I hate/love how €ds are represented in tv shows and shit man I feel so invalid but still
Me when I eat (I have to confirm the €d didn't disappear)
Tomorrow is my sisters' birthday party really motivated to eat my meal plan and not any sweets like man it feels euphoric to be binge free this long
🎀
TW:I'm gonna be venting in this one so if you're not in the right mental state for that feel free to skip this one♡♡♡
ITS NOT LETTING ME PUT A FUCKING CONTINUE READING ON IT SO JUST SCROLL PAST IF IT WILL TRIGURE YOU NOW
I cant stop fucking binging and I don't know what to fucking do anymore.i feel so fucking disgusting right now.im honestly at a fucking loss for how much of a fat fuck I am.i just can't believe I keep disappointing myself like this.i need tips so fucking bad on how to stop binging. I'm BEGGING you if you see this PLEASE reblog it cause I'm honestly out of ideas.if you have any tips and tricks for binging and not gaining weight without purging it would be GREATLY appreciated.if any of yall ever need to talk my dms are ALWAYS open.
Im just gonna try to keep my head up and not give up.
Ok so I was on this situation during most of this year and only "snapped" 2 months~ ago. (These tips are what work for me but please read and take everything you feel aligns with you 💕)
Firstly please don't put so much guilt over your shoulders. I know it's shit, I know you feel beyond terrible, I know it hurts, but you have to try and be softer with yourself so you don't shame yourself into this endless despairing ass cycle. Don't beat yourself up, you are fucking strong for bearing all of this and you'll get out of this cycle!!
Secondly, find the root of it. Do you get extremely hungry and end up bingeing? Is it stress? Emotional distress? In my case I was spacing my meals too further apart and I ended up overly hungry which when you are already tired and drained doesn't help.
I started to space my meals throughout the day and I do high res (1600-1100) because it allows flexibility in my schedule.
I also was too strict in my diet, so now I make space for sweets I fancy/low cal versions I made.
I used to track everything I ate, now I just use my head, calculator and the notes app. God knows why but it works. On the same note I also haven't weighed myself since the beggining of the month and I am putting it off until I can because it also triggers me seeing my weight LMAO, I try to guide myself through bodychecks, clothes fitting and progress photos.
Usually I eat sweet treats out of the house so I can't go overboard (Chocolate spread, protein bars, sweets mainly lmao) and when I'm home for too long I try to only eat in my room and rely on volume eating and foods that i know don't trigger me as much.
I drink LOADS of water, I chew gum in between meals, I make sure to eat mindfully, etc...i started to try and sleep more and also switched psychologists in the mean time and I think that helped, this one helps me a lot more than the other.
I stopped checking X because I would be more prone to bingeing (perhaps the food threads or comparing myself to other people's routines)
I still exercise (school, tenis, walking, pilates not often) but I try not to be too rigid about it because I would either overwork myself and binge eat or it wouldn't stick and I would just become sad (and binge eat), I wasn't being realistic.
I recommend listening to the podcast "aware and aggravated". Leo gives some info about why you might do it and also practical tips, like saying "I'm in control, I am choosing to eat this" before picking up the binge food for you to start planting a " I am in control" feeling. (I did this and even though it took some time I think it worked, and I still do it sometimes)
(Ps most videos/podcasts/media are bulshit but I swear this one carried me out 🙂↕️)
My schedule is less heavy this year tho so that might also help. I would also panic over my parents forcing me to eat/monitor my period and shit (which made me binge and put back the weight lol) so this high intake helps me not panic as much because it's not as noticeable as mid-low res, I get to eat my cravings, and also my period is...there i hope lol (atp im just really fucking disregulated lmao (I'm BMI 20+ like are you KIDDING ME💀💀💀) - sorry for tmi☝️- but because I am not losing weight as rapidly anymore they don't really care now)
I also have more baggy clothes so it helps me feeling comfortable.
I always reflect after I had an overeating episode or a binge episode about the causes and how I can prevent it.
This took a lot of time, and sometimes I still overeat. I'm nowhere near my goal, but I'm better, and it's these little wins that count. In addition I also kind of fell in love with my safe meals and little routines (drinking 0.75L of water in the morning in between affirmations I say to prevent bingeing and all (placebo effect? Perhaps, I don't care it's working 🙈🙈) so that is what will allow you to keep going - what i mean is, it's not a diet or whatever, it's how you will spend the next months eating and probably more, If you want it to stick you have to like it.)
Apart from the tips I used on myself, you have to see what works FOR YOU, starting slowly but getting somewhere.
There is no definitive solution but there are patterns and results we can avoid. If I can help further please say and I hope this wasn't too much of a bore to read!! Sorry for its length, I wanted to write EVERYTHING that has been helping me nowadays (26 binge free days 🙂↕️ (from someone who used to binge every 3 days)) so yeah here it is.
You can do it sweetie 🫂
PS1: I remembered another one, sometimes I think to myself "you have had this for years and have gotten nowhere, is it really worth it to eat x right now/ binge/ other? We can always incorporate x in tomorrow's plan/ eat a bit more/ other, but don't do it. Not now. This time you'll get somewhere, but you have to keep doing these things" and once you start seeing small results SOMETIMES it works 💓
