Ok guys, hear me out

I made this theory with 2 other friends and i wanted to share it with all of you. This will contain spoilers (in case some still didn't play the Visual Novel), rambling from a rat and bad english, if you can tell. Have fun reading.

So, we all saw Harlequin's puppet show telling the story of the Circus, so hear me on this:

The eyes on some of them are already pointy, and some others are round, so i can say some of them already know about how human blood affect their bodies.

No wonder why three of them suggest to eat a monster to see what happens.

After that, we see the shape of Harlequin and Jester's eyes has a minimal change, the Ticket Master had a change, but not significant, and lastly... Pierrot and the Fifth one's eye shapes changed completly.

Also the fact that the creator mentioned that Jester gets worried about Pierrot for how unstable he is. It's like he saw the red clown doing something he didn't had to do... or not doing something he must do.
