Chris kicked off his shoes as he walked in the door to his apartment. His agent would probably scold him for it, "200 dollar shoes deserve respect Christopher." He could hear her voice now. But that was her fault for forcing him to wear them in the first place. He was just fine with sneakers from walmart. But with his growing popularity seemingly out of nowhere she liked to remind him he had to uphold an image now. No longer could he be the naieve shy boy and instead he had to be the tall dark and myserious man with a dark side. He flopped down on the couch, "Renee are you here?" With both of teir schedules it felt like he had hardly gotten to see her lately.
Chris steadied her as she took off her heels before following her to their bedroom. He didn't know when it had becomes theirs but he didn't mind it. It just kind of happened almost like it had always been that way. "I just put on whatever they tell me too. I feel like I'm being swolled up in fabric half the time. Whatever happened to skinny jeans a t shirt and a leather jacket?" He had never much cared what he looked like but now that he was a "heartthrob" he had to fit a certain look. Honestly he kind of hated it. He stripped out of the layers of fabric and tossed them into the hamper. It felt like a huge weight off him and he could actually breathe and feel himself being grounded again.
“They should let you wear what you want.” She insisted, grabbing t shirt he’d taken off that morning from the hamper and pulling it over her head. “You’re the one making them money. You look like a heartthrob in a paper sack. They can get over themselves.” She shrugged, leaning back against the bed to remove her tights.
