Day 8: Favorite Ghost type!
Marcus cringed nervously, almost shrinking as the other crowded his personal space. He quickly shook his head, figuring he wouldn’t be able to choke out any words at the time.
Elegy’s hands came up and cupped the teen’s cheeks, rubbing them back and forth and squishing them into a fishy face. “C’mon now, use that pretty little voice of yours~ You didn’t have any problem before I showed myself now, did you? Am I really all that intimidating?” His face fell to one of mock concern.
He flinched, attempting to pull back as he was touched by the other male. “I-I don’t… I… How did… How are you… What are you….?”
He let the other pull away from his touch, letting his arms fall back to his sides. “Hm? Oh, I’m nothing in particular, just whatever you want to think I am.” He let out a loud cackle. “What about you though? What exactly would you say you are?”
He cringed at the sound of the cackle echoing off the walls around him. “I-I’m human… I’m just human…” He frowned deeply, staring at the other male with his ice blue eyes. “I don’t know if you are…”
He nodded. “Whether you believe it or not, I am.” Another sly grin crossed his face, showing his almost too perfect teeth. “At least for today. You never know what tomorrow could bring, hm?”
Marcus stared at the male in confusion, his head slowly tilting to one side. “… What…? How?”
"It's best not to ask questions you wouldn't understand the answers to." His grin dropped and he waved a hand dismissively in front of himself. Simple words were growing old quickly, it was time to see what kinds of reactions other things could get from this kid. What was something else that humans responded to? Ah yes, flattery. His expression softened as he straightened himself up. "I apologize, I shouldn't be so harsh. Especially not to one as precious as you." He smiled gently and reached a finger out to boop Marc's nose.

-He tensed up, quickly turning around and pulling the back of his hoodie down a bit.- I don’t feel comfortable havin’ someone I don’t know commentin’ on my butt…
Oh come on now, I just said it was cute, no need to be a stick in the mud! Not like I’m gonna go grabbin’ it or anything.
…Well, I could, but. I won’t.
Not right now at least. Heh.
*a faint shadow can be seen traveling along the brick wall, headed in Marc’s direction*
-He watched closely, backing up as the shadow got closer.- I ain’t bein’ a stick in the mud, y’er bein’ a creep… Whoever you are…
The shadow darted past him as he backed up, and emerged from the wall behind him. The tall, purple haired man placed a hand on top of Marc’s head and ruffled his hair up a little.
"It’s not nice to call people creeps now, is it?" He smirked. His voice was dark and raspy, but carried the joking tone well enough.
He jumped from the surprise of being touched, only to relax as his hair was tousled. He shivered, quickly shaking out his hair again, fixing it so it was back in place. He turned his head slowly to look at the stranger. “I…. I…” He stuttered, his eyes wide, completely caught in awe by how the other was able to toy with him so much.
"Skitty got your tongue, kid?" El crossed his arms over his chest, the smirk still in place on his lips. This guy was fun to play with so far. He seemed pretty dumb, not bothering to away from potential danger or anything like most did. The best kind of playmate. He leaned down so he was eye level with Marc and waited for him to speak.

You ever get the feeling that someone is following you? Yeah, no, I can’t shake that feeling. I swear someone is following me.
Took you long enough to realize it, boy. Ehehehe~
I-, wait… What? Who are you…?
Nobody you really need to worry about. But hey, you might want to watch out for that dumpster to your right, there’s something in there.
*dumpster rattles and a few Grimer crawl out*
Ah, see? What’d I tell ya.
-He jumped back slightly, changing the direction he was travelling to avoid facing the Grimers.- How did you know that was going to happen?
Because I'm right here with you~ Even though you might not be able to see me~
You have a cute butt btw
*cackling echoes through the alley, seemingly from nowhere*
You ever get the feeling that someone is following you? Yeah, no, I can’t shake that feeling. I swear someone is following me.

"Arceus almighty girl! Three days?! Straight?!” Devyn reached back and grabbed the other girl by the wrist. “No no no, c’mon, now. You’re gonna fuckin’ collapse from exhaustion and when ya do, I’m not gonna help ya. ‘Cause yer bein’ an idiot.” She turned her head back to the Espurr in the basket and gave it a curious look. “You agree with me, right? Little…fluffy thing?” This girl was in idiot for sure, that much was clear. But when she ended up dead on the side of the road Devyn sure as fuck wasn’t going to let herself get blamed for it. She gave a tug on the girl’s wrist. “Just sit for like, a minute. Then ya can get back to trying to kill yourself or whatever else it is this is supposed to accomplish.”
"I—" Just go. Moron. Cas sighed, and slumped a little, letting herself be lead to sit down. She had to admit it was good to sit down. But the bike… Aya seemed to garner what Cas was thinking and shook her head. I’m not exhausting myself to make this bike go. Cas glared at the Espurr, who simply sat with the eggs. Cas sighed, and turned to her bag, digging around in it. Ah. There. She pulled a somewhat squished box out of her bag. Bandaids. She pulled out out and took a look at the slightly larger scrape. She stared for a moment, before turning to the blond. “Uh.. Got anything bigger than these on you, perchance?”
Devyn practically dragged the girl over and sat her against the fence, plopping down between her and the massive Gengar that still hadn't moved and leaning an arm on the beast. She watched Cas dig through her bag, and raised an eyebrow at her when she asked for a bigger bandaid.
"I look like a damn medic t' you?" She sighed. "Just...use a few of those small ones, line 'em up so they make a big one 'r somethin'."
did u really just draw a gengar gijinka in lingerie? if yes, then good job- you're doing something right with your life.

Devyn’s eyebrows raised as the girl spoke. “Ok, ok, crazy needs to take a break now though. I understand that ya wanna get your shit done, but a little down time never killed anyone, eh?” She gave the girl a gentle push away from the bike before removing her hands from her shoulders. “C’mon, take your stupid eggs and come sit down with me for a minute, put a damn band-aide on that knee of yours.” The blond motioned back over to where the Gengar still sat by the fence, watching the whole thing with a somewhat amused expression. This girl was too damn ambitious for her own good.
Cas tilted her head to the side. “Crazy?” she questioned. Hah. Told you. Cas shot a glare back to the bike, where the Espurr was. “Aya. Shut up.” she spoke out. The Espurr shook her head and sat back down. Psychic types sometimes were more trouble than they were worth. She turned to Devyn and shook her head. “I do appreciate the concern, but it is just a scrape. I can handle a few more hours. I mean, I’ve been doing it, what, the past….three days has it been? I think three.” She was pretty sure it was three. Either way. She could force an hour or two more!
