I sent a Tweet to the creator of the show, Julie McNally-Cahill and IDW author Georgia Ball for their responses to the all time low 78,000 view rating of the Littlest Pet Shop Season 3 premiere. So far, Julie had no idea of the rating until now, was questioning the timeslot being suspicious as said by Ball, said that new toys are being released in two months (well assumingly Fall), and claimed that the show and toys are doing well internationally.

The results for ratings came from Son of the Bronx on Twitter.

I put Roger Eschbacher (writer of the show), and mktoon (Hasbro Studio VP) on the feed to get their opinion of this issue, but have no responses yet.

So if any Petters or Pet Shoppers, Brony supporters, and those who don’t care about LPS yet doesn’t bash it, I suggest spreading the word by reblogging this post, and get a Twitter account to make tweets to the creators of the show, writers of the show, mktoon, voice actors (Peter New, Tabitha St. Germain, Sam Vincent, Ashleigh Ball, Kyle Rideout, Kira Tozer, Nicole Oliver, Cathy Weseluck, Brian Drummond, Michael Kopsa, etc.), musicians (Daniel Ingram, Steffan Andrews, Smash Music Productions), other fans, and moms with kids to be aware of the show’s decline and support it. #SaveLPS

For Instance:

Subscribe to the Hub Network for those who have cable or satellite (heck get one if you want to other shows like MLP, Game of Thrones or Korra to be viewed at a living room for social purposes), and for those living in the Pacific Coast or Mountain Time will have to wake up early (6:30 AM PDT or 7:30 AM MDT) to watch it unless you DVR it to save sleep time.

Buy the show on iTunes or Google Plus.

Buy the toys once released within two months

Buy the IDW comics by Georgia Ball

Send messages to the Hub Network through Facebook or send a mail to Margaret Loesch, CEO of the Hub Network found in the website for her mail address.

Again I know that the show and the toys are doing well internationally, and the reruns are decent enough (260,000 averages weekly), but in case War of the Weirds bomb just like Sleeper, we’ll have to act now, before it suffers the same fate as Futurama being screwed by the network in favor of the Simpsons.
