Mourning

I cry every now and then, Grieving, without knowing why… I am mourning the loss of a soul, That hasn’t travelled, but was buried alive. I cry every now and then, For a friend that I converse at times, I am mourning the loss of a soul, A soul that is choking, a soul that once was mine.

We cry every now and then, We imprisoned each other and we forgot why, We are mourning the loss of a soul, A soul that we befriended for a while.
