When I see a blue sky like this I know I’m near the mountains ... once a year we take our tribe to the mountains of Lake City for some bonding family time and unwinding from life ... it re-centers everyone ... for me I see all of the beauty around me even in the chaos of life ... even in the chaos I find contentment that makes me happy ... this is life and it’s the life @lonestartactical and I have created for our tribe ... you have to sing your tribe and love them hard ... it won’t always be easy but it will always be worth it. When I see a picture like this in front of me I am yet again reminded that we are not here in this crazy world alone - we don’t have to fight our battles alone. And sometimes when the battle becomes too much for us to fight we give up and we go away for a retreat of breathing, refocusing, re-centering ... it gets our soul back to the place that it needs to be. Ever have a night so dark that you never think morning will come? Waking up to see the light coming through reminds me once again that I got this - even when it doesn’t feel like it - lol maybe I’m on the journey alone because I’m screaming from the inside out and nobody is listening - or maybe nobody hears me because I’m not really yelling ... the storms will pass eventually and there will still be some rain along the way but there always be sun at the other end ... but for now when the dark nights hit I know that the next day is a new day ... a new beginning to start over ... You know how when you first buy a new plant or flowers and they are so bright and perfectly bloomed? But they need nurturing and watering and maybe even some sun and plant vitamins ... because if you neglect them and you don’t give therihht amount of sun and water you end up with a wilted almost dead pot of flowers. This then requires you to water it back to health - give it some natural vitamin D and then as the new flowers have regenerated you have to pick off the old and dead ones or it will suck the life back out of the good ones .... life is the same way when it comes to our soul and how we tend our own ‘garden’ ... are you neglecting yourself and your soul ? Are you taking care of your mental state and keeping your soul guarded from needless drama and the negative that can suck the life out of you and your soul?
