Okay i know you meant well but im so sorry, you dont really understand. Brazil had a huge period of having a military dictatorship; no US citizen can compare ANY of their presidents with the years with “missing people”, the endless tortures, adulteration of books, the exiles. And now it might come back again. A man who wants to openly exterminate all minorities is the president of a country where 50% of its population is composed of PoC. People are already fighting in the streets, right now. It’s literally life threatening.

My most hated character... holy shit I can’t even begin. I think the piece of shit that wins the prize right now is Loki. A stupid worthless character created solely for fan service and completely ruins the name of Loki. ABOUT THE NEW ALBION DISCORDIAN SOCIETY OR; Why I left NADS after being a mod for its first 8 months

Im basically making this post because a. A friend of mine just answered an ask regarding NADS that attracted a lot of attention from them, so i plan to piss them off more so they send the anon hate to me instead of him and b. I never talked out loud about this. But boy. Its bad enough to make this one tumblr post ( i dont even use tumblr anymore)

I used to love NADS. I would go there everyday to talk to people. I made a lot of friends there and i got to meet many cool people! But god, shit got stinky real fast, and at least it made me self aware of how bad it had gotten.

I was one of the mods for a long ass time, even after the creator of the server left (who was transphobic as fuck, but nowadays NADS likes to think that all the old mods were as well DESPITE THE FACT that one of them was trans himself, but go off i guess), and its a pretty big server. But there were very disconcerting things about it.

1- no age restriction for NSFW places. And some of the people were SEVERELY against the idea of age restrictions (one of them whom i shall go into deep detail soon)

2- old members were much more privileged than newer ones. This also applies to number one over there.

3- Moderation??? Whats that??? ONLY WHAT THEY THOUGHT IT NEEDED MODERATION WAS PROPERLY DISCUSSED! Many times information was detained from certain mods to make others seem more “high and mighty” than others, and sometimes when a mod didnt agree to a decision made by everybody, they cancelled the whole thing!! Wow!!

4- this is for one person in particular. One of the most shitty ass people i have ever met. This guy is an abusive, over aggressive piece of garbage. He was the guy who was severely against age restriction in NSFW places (hes in his twenties mind you), his gf accused me of being a nazi when i was the only jewish girl at the time in the server causing me to have an anxiety attack, WHICH THIS GUY LATER USED AS TO CLAIM THAT EVERYTHING I SAY IS INVALID BECAUSE I CANT “CONTROL MY TEMPER” WHAT! Oh! Hes also the guy who would detain info from other mods to seem like the most reasonable guy! He also once made me believe a person was a piece of shit because they disagreed w him once, and i actually believed him at the time, and i started avoiding the person out of fear. It was all an utter lie, and i ended up losing the chance of making a friend (if u are reading this pecan i am so sorry). He would manipulate ppl into doing his shit, would be highly aggresive against whom disagreed w him, and hes still a mod there up to this day. This guy alone should be reason enough to avoid the server, but alas, theres more.

5- the reason why u dont see this kind of fighting into the server nowadays is cuz they literally harassed the people who disagreed w them out of the server. I am not even joking. Even mods did that. I was one of these people. One of the cases was when my friend, feeling really awful abt one of these people, told them to please take off the friendship bracelets they made for them since they were not friends anymore. They treated my friend like utter crap.

6- After most people left, they started thinking that the people whom they harassed had made a server dedicated to bring them down and started sending anon hate to some friends of mine about it. This is bananas i am still so confused about this wh

This is what i can remember from the top of my head. I have a lot more details written down and etc, but this is mostly the Big Boys. Its kind of ironic: NADS likes to forget about me most of the time while they try to crucify my friends for some random stuff, but hey, look whos the most pissed about that place. I recommend people who are into pauls work to buy his albuns and merch and search for some other fan server of his, cuz nads is rotten to the core.

7- A member (an ADMIN actually) literally asked a 13yo to show their medical records to prove they had the mental illness they claimed to have. She invited a friend to the server exclusively to harass this 13yo. To this day, she remains an admin.

8- The person Fish mostly talked about here has disregarded people’s opinions by calling them “irrational” right after he triggered, hurt, or keept information from them; multiple times.

9- He also went to another friend’s server and started saying half truths or blatant lies and victimizing himself to make other go defend him against “the bad evil anti-him faction” when they didn’t agree with him.

10- The admin I mentioned before LITERALLY threatened my best friend’s friend to make her “not say anything about what happens in the server to people who left”.

11- Oh gods the ABSOLUTE FAVORITISM IN THE SERVER is TANGIBLE, certain members would have ALL the attention of the world and everyone would care about them (wich I’m not sayign people shouldn’t care about others, the problem is the next part: ) while others would have total mental breakdowns and the only “support” they would get was people literally makign JOKES about it.

12- That oddly hypersexualization, specially of LGBT characters. [SUICIDE TW] To the point a character with my name who literally killed himself IN THE SAME WAY EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF MY FAMILY HAS TRIED TO IN THREE GENERATIONS AT LEAST (wich I had mention in the server. Multiple times) became (at least for some time) a masturbation joke. Yes. You heard me right. [END TW]

13- [HARRASMENT¿? TW] Related to the thing above, the hypersexualization didn’t stop on fictional characters but it also affected some members. When a member admitted something about their tastes a group started harrasing them by posting kink-related images and videos trying to get them to say “what were they into”, and trying to get them to post the porn they had saved in their PC, even though they mentioned multiple times the whole thing was making them extremely uncomfortable. Some of the people in that group were/became mods later, and nothing was done about this thing. [END TW]

14- I’ve mentioned multiple times I feel uncomfortable with Despacito jokes and most of them proceeded to borderline harass me with them, even changing my nickname and (if I remember well) the server name to Despacito-related jokes.

15- When I left the server someone literally used my art for a video without my consent and without crediting me, originally saying “they didn’t knew who the artist was” and then admitting they “didn’t think of crediting me because they thought mentioning me could trigger someone”. Leaving aside the total disrespect and the absurdity of it (if  you think mentioning me could trigger someone DON’T USE MY ART MAYBE?), afaik nobody else brought up it was my art until I strumbled across that video by accident.
