To be able to spend those celebrations with him were nice. Actually evenif thy were at home just together would be enough. But it was hard for him to have free time and those parties were the best places where he could get that time without feeling guilty. They ended up agreeing in going both dressed like vampires, was that their first couple costume? She didn’t say that outloud but that was what was on her mind. His coat was warm because it was against his body and it also smelled like him. So it was more than just a thing to keep her warm, it was a way to stay close to him. “We are such a good pair, aren’t we? Both dead.” She laughed softly before having her hands held by him, her shoulder curling slightly up because it was such a sudden movement and it was so sweet of him that she wasn’t ready. He was the king of getting her off guard. After a while she felt both her hands warm and she moved it up. “It’s better now, see?” Both of them touched the sides of his face and looking over his shoulder she made sure there was no one looking at them so she could steal a soft peck from his lips.

Even though they were in such a crowded place, they could finally find a nice quiet spot so they could talk a little. He would love to be in one place with her alone, but he had to follow his schedule that was pretty strictly in the past few days, something that was positive but tiring at the same time. When the manager told him that they have a costume party to go, he was excited because he loved that kind of party, but when he knew the older woman also had that party on her schedule, he was even happier. She was the one who gave the idea of ··being both vampires and was the first occasion where they could use some couple clothes without calling attention to themselves, and even if the younger tried to pretend that he was used to it he couldn't stop blushing every time he looked at her. He kept staring at her, wearing that vampire costume with his coat on, she was so pretty and sexy at the same time, making his heart nervous. He laughed at her joke, holding her hand right after, "Are my hands cold enough for a dead person?", he asked, rubbing her hands softly. He felt her hands getting warm between his, when he realized she was a bit closer, he hugged her around the waist, giving her quickly kisses multiple times, "It's getting better", he said before kissing her again, slowly this time.

It had been more than six months since Matthew found Hye in the alley, which scared the guys who wanted to assault her - and scared her as well. Somehow the question caught Jooheon by surprise, and he smiled, not knowing what to answer. He wasn’t exactly the type of person who spent the night awake lost in thoughts and philosophies, in fact he only liked to compose and to let the thoughts flow inside his head, which could be considered a great waste of time. “I do not know, actually”, he replied, keeping the smile on his face, “But I’m not the only one awake, right? What is your excuse?”, he asked, almost closing his eyes.

“Well, my excuse is quite simple. The filming was postponed a few times and we ended up only recently, and I wanted to grab a cup of coffee before going home” Jaehyun explained shortly, as lame as it sounded, he was a total workaholic, that’s why instead of causing a ruckus on the set, he continued with the work until the producer announced that it’s over. The fact that Jaehyun met Jooheon at the same cafe for the second time this late only indicated he was quite a regular here. “Your turn, you didn’t answer my question” he chuckled, sipping some of his hot drink.

Jooheon smiled, realizing that he could not escape the answer, even if he tried. He lifted his chin to his shoulders level and made a practically childish pouting, “I’ve actually lost my sleep, so I came here, since it’s a quiet place”, was not the complete truth, but it was not a lie. He liked the place, and by the way he had found the other for the second time, he probably also liked, “Would you like some coffee?” he said, pointing to the chair, inviting the other to sit down.

Jaehyun rolled his eyes to such a childish excuse but sat down anyway, looking at Jooheon. “How come cafe is a quieter place than your home? You don’t live alone?” Jae asked curiously, trying to find out what actually brought him here so late. He smiled as the other offered some coffee. “Sure, I’d love to” he nodded, figuring that coffee at 2 am definitely will not help him fall asleep later but he couldn’t care less. He had nowhere to be tomorrow as it was his day off so he as well might allow himself to stay awake for a while.

After hearing his question, Jooheon sighed, “I live with seven more guys. Six of my members and our manager hyung. I sleep with more two men in the same bedroom”, he answered, “I guess you can now understand why it's quieter here, don’t you?”, he raised his hand to call for the attendant and when she arrived, he ordered an americano and a cheesecake, "What do you want?", looking at the other, he asked with a smile.

All that mess that happened before that small movement was vanished from her head. She forgot even that girl existed. In that moment there was no space for anything else in her mind. She could feel her entire body basically shaking at that hope that was taking over her. Differently from the other girl, her feelings were sincere and strong. Next thing she knew she was being pulled by the girl, she almost resisted at first but noticing the doctors were there she had no choice but moving away. There was nothing she could do in that moment. Soon she saw also Wonho and Shownu back there. She noticed the tears coming from the girl and she couldn’t believe those, she was a great actress even this way, it was impressive. Now outside she kept looking at the room. “He moved his eyes! I swear!” She said turning to Wonho her hands reaching for his arms and almost shaking him too much as she said that.

Suji would not leave, she wanted to leave at that very moment and maybe never see those people again, but if there was really a chance that the other would wake up, she knew she needed to be present to follow her plans. Meanwhile, the two boys could not care less about her or about whatever she planned to do. Wonho asked Bohyung - whom he held by the shoulders, what had happened, what she had seen. Shownu stared, his expression concentrated and his eyes widened, waiting for what the doctors would say, if it had been just some kind of  mistake or a sign that the boy was coming back. Almost half an hour later, one of the doctors left, just nodding to them while practically run off somewhere else without saying a single word. They were static, would that be a good sign or not? After a few minutes the doctor returned, bringing with him another doctor, but who was not of that ward, was of the psychiatric ward. Wonho knew this because, when he could not deal with his feeling of loosing one of his best friends, his manager made him talk with a psychiatrist, whom he called Dr. Choo. And it was exactly the same doctor who was now entering the rapper's room. "Why is a psychiatrist going to see Jooheon?", he asked, both for himself and the friends standing by his side.

He looked from one costume to another, "I think you'll look beautiful no matter what", he said, smirking, "As for me", he paused, leaning his body against the wall, "I still do not know, any idea?"

She was glad to have the help from so many people to make that possible. The members of his group and his friends. They were all extra nice to her and they loved Jooheon dearly as well. He was someone that would make everyone around him comfortable and that was why people liked him so much. It wasn’t because he was famous it was because he was kind. 

Watching him getting surprised and his watery eyes paid off for all the preparatins for that surprise to be done. He was adorable while moving his boy side to side as everyone sang the bday song for him. She was hoping someone was recording that because she sure would want that video.

After he blew the candles and the ghests got close Bohyung worried to put the cake back on the table where they could cut later on, using that spare time to adjust the decorations on the table back in place. When she turned around she got a surprise of him getting closer, his arms around her shoulders made her smile widely as she leaned to him wrapping her arms around his waist. “I’m so glad you liked, Jooheonie! You deserve even more!” Now with her face so close to his she had to hold back from kissing his lips, but she knew it wouldn’t be right in that moment. “I will cut the cake!” She let go of his embrace only to starting slicing the cake so people could have it.

Jooheon couldn't help himself and his excitement with so many friends and with so much effort the older woman had to make that memorable surprise party. And thinking he imagine he would eat some ramen and sleep in his birthday.

He should have suspected since she didn't send a single message all day, but he thought maybe she was busy with her projects and had forgotten about birthday. Her excitement was also due to the fact that she had not forgotten him at all.

After greeting everyone, he hugged her tightly. She was so loving that he wondered if it was humanly possible to be such a sweet and concerned person. 'Surely I should do something cool to thank her in the future', he thought as she looked at him, the two so close they were almost touching their lips. She then she let him go, saying she would cut the cake. A sigh escaped his lips as he scratched the back of his neck, pretending he had not thought about kissing her right there, in front of everyone. Then he followed her, calling the guests, so they could eat too, "Oh, it looks delicious!" He said, loudly, clapping his hands.

His body was badly injured, he could feel that something inside him was broken and was not figuratively as someone who broke his heart or sould, it was probably some bone. From the outset Matthew knew that delivering drugs and collecting payments was dangerous. He didn't have the right physical type for the situation, the lean body, usually reddened by the temperature changes, didn't pass any credibility, but he needed the money so he said yes. The money was good, he started sleeping in expensive hotels and eating in good restaurants every night, the feeling of not having to ask for drinks with drunken ladies at nightclubs made the risks worth it. Probably not. That night three guys, who owed a large amount of money to Matt's boss, ambushed him. Kicks, punches and in a few seconds everything went black. When he awoke he was between a large garbage can and the wall, his bloody body too weak for him to get up.

"Someone? I need help", he said as loudly as he could, which was no more than a whisper as he tried to tap the back of his hand against the side of the bin.

The weather had changed a lot on the past days. That resulted on Bohyung with a costume that wasn’t cozy enough for the weather. That long black dress was made of a see through material that was good for nothing, her shoulders showing too. It would be considered a vampire for the fake teeth she got, and how white she looked with those red-blood like drips from her mouth. She ended up accepting his coat although deep inside she felt bad for him. “Let’s stay here just for a bit, then~ So you don’t freeze too.” Reaching for his hand she pulled him with her a little away from the people they knew, the mood that night was so light even if the concept of that party was halloween and it was filled with fake web spiders everywhere. “I’m so sorry your date for the night is someone that is dead inside.” She said as a chuckle could be heard by him.

Jooheon couldn't help worrying about the older woman. The weather had changed abruptly and she was wearing only a see through dress for her vampire costume, very sexy, but any help in the fight against the cold wind. The youngest, also dressed as a vampire, had his cloak on top of his social outfit, the fake blood on his face. He pulled the cloak off his coat, putting his coat over her small body, smiling when she said he would freeze, when in fact she was the one who was most likely to freeze. He put the cloak back on, which didn't help, actually. He let his body be carried by her, going somewhere where the two of them could warm up. He laughed when she talked about being dead inside, "Do not worry, your dead blood is cold to match mine", he teased. They finally arrived in a quiet, warm place, and he turned to the smaller one, holding her hands and blowing them while rubbing his hands against hers, which were a little warmer, in an attempt to warm it up.

Suji clearly understood the effect she had on the older woman and considered it as part of her revenge. She wanted to take everything Shownu had and if she could affect anyone else around him, it would be even more fun. She picked up a magazine in her purse and began to turn the pages in an uninterested way. She was quite sure that the other, even though she wanted, would not cause a scene there, she considered safe.

When the other replied, she was a little surprised, she did not think she would be so brave at this point. “I am. I doubt you can prove otherwise”, she replied, while the other kissed the younger man’s hand on the bed, saying hopeful words, “He can not hear, spare your time”, she said. It was when suddenly, she realized, a movement, did not seem to be involuntary. She threw the magazine aside and stood up. The two of them were on opposite sides of the bed, raised above the boy’s body as he slowly moved his eyelids. Suji quickly turned on the alarm beside his bed, which was to be worn on those occasions, her frightened look, while he, still with his eyes closed, seemed completely confused.

Bohyung had yet to discover why the girl was doing all that, why she was acting like his girlfriend, why she felt so satisfied on the fact she was bothering her. She was sure she had never seen her before and that she didn’t have any bad blood with her before. 

With the reply the vocalist made sure to ignore her, thinking that it would be just waste of energy to try to talk back to that girl, she was insane. When she mentioned about him not being able to hear her it somehow only made her sadder, but what came right after caught her by surprise. He was reacting. Oh God. Tha was the only thing in her mind, while the girl on the other side of the bed was a lot faster than her she was just there holding his hand as he still seemed confused, battling to open his eyes. She wanted to rush outside and scream for Wonho and Shownu but she kept there, afraid of leaving. Afraid of not being there when he woke up, it was selfish of her. But she wanted to be able to see him recover as well. Even if doctors would be there soon, maybe just some seconds more would have been enough for her. Her hope, all her faith growing on her chest and radiating through her entire body. Without noticing tears were streaming down her cheeks.

Suji found the older woman's confused face pretty funny to watch, she didn't think it would be so easy to make them all uncomfortable. It would be very easy to mess with Shownu's psychological and in the end she hoped the little one would take too long to wake up, for he was the only one there who could say something against her and let others believe.

His eyes opened wider than the eastern features allowed, when the other began to move on its own. She felt a little anger, all she wanted was time to put her plan into action, but for a change that 'asshole' did everything wrong. Not to be suspicious, she quickly pressed the button that called the doctors, she was an actress, practically screaming excitedly when the doctors arrived and asked her and the other to move away from the bed. She quickly went to the other woman's side, holding her body and pulling her back as if she was trying to help. At the same time Shownu and Wonho returned to the room, and if they were not completely distracted by Jooheon's news, they would have seen Suji practically embracing Bohyung's body as she put her best expression of surprise and concern on her face. She was a born actress, acting even when she didn't know if anyone would notice or not. When she realized that the other was crying, quickly she began to cry too, after all she could not be left behind. The doctors, seeing that scene, asked the boys to take the ladies out of the room and wait outside. Shownu quickly helped Bohyung, while Wonho, not understanding why he went to help her, since they were not intimate in any way, went to the stranger to help her leave while she supported her body on his, as if she didn't have enough strength to walk alone.
