I'm making a bloodymary comic because with all things I absolutely adore I end up drawing comics for them lol. enjoy!!

Would one be able to ask about advice for being a fan artist on Etsy?

My biggest piece of advice is to first of all make sure you have permission to sell fanart for the game/show/anime/movie! (never sell images or logos directly from the source, it has to be original). I mostly do video games and they're pretty open about selling fanart, so they don't normally flag stuff. when I sold anime it got taken down OFTEN. I have a mutual who's had their Call of Duty stuff taken down and lost their shop over it, but generally try not to use the copyrighted title. instead, use character names. Fanart on Etsy is generally a gray area but you should be okay as long as it's original work. (also, fill out all those keyword tags when posting a listing!)

Also, I can't stress this enough, ADD WATERMARKS. BE ANNOYING WITH THEM. Tiktok shops will steal like no tomorrow and it's difficult to get it taken down as they have little to no regulations. Temu, Red Bubble, AliExpress, Alibaba and even Displate are also known for stealing fanart. Now, they are using AI for it. I try to write "created by leepicartist on Etsy only" on the photo somewhere where they can't scribble it out, and I've noticed less theft.

Do not, EVER, post your art without a watermark! Fanart is very very likely to be stolen!!

Have a new fic in the works for @dbh-bb 🥺 Such a insanely fun event, and I'm so excited to get all the work I've done out to y'all!

Been working alongside @leepicartist, and she has some PHENOMENAL art to show off as the story progresses!! It's been so exciting to see the story in full colour ❤️

The fic is a Reed900 Post-Revolution psych-horror with a dash of veeeeery slow burn and a lovely payoff so I hope you'll give it a shot 🥺
