Here’s my estimated release date for Brawler coming to the NA server. JTERA has just announced that their Brawler content will be coming on October 7th, 2015. Now take a look at the release dates below.

Gunner Release Dates KR: 12/17/14 JP: 03/12/15 (12 weeks later after KR) NA: 05/05/15 (8 weeks later after JP)

Brawler Release Dates KR: 07/14/15 JP: 10/07/15 (12 weeks apart) NA: 12/01/15 (8 weeks later after JP if according to statistics)

This could either be a coincidence or BHS has formed their exact release dates for other servers as a pattern to meet deadlines. If we can believe this method to be true, then we could conclude that our big contents on TERA NA will be coming approximately 20 weeks later after Korea and 8 weeks later after Japan. 

But if TERA NA releases it earlier than stated to make this false, then for the better.
