Autumn Rules
These are JUST FOR MYSELF if you’re new here trust me it’s just not worth it
Studying
Do not procrastinate it’s your senior year!!
Revise one chapter of Chemistry weekly
Do 20 Math exercises weekly
Study Spanish daily
Read one book a week (starting with required for your literature courses)
Learn sth by heart each week - it’ll help you to get into Drama School
Body
Do at least 8000 steps a day (aim to 10000)
Go cycling anytime you’re back home (aim for 45km)
When it’ll be too cold for cycling start dancing or swimming
Do exercises from the app anytime you are alone
Stretching 20min DAILY you won’t regret it I promise
Aim to fast for at least 13h a day (preferably 20h)
Eat 800kcal a day (1000 is allowed on cheat days once a week)
Give up sweets (if you have carvings chose juice or a fruit)
Drink 2l water a day (2 cups and green tea in the morning, 2 cups during a day, 3 cups in the evening)
Eat soy pudding or drink soy milk (it’s tasty, low in calories and may make your breasts a bit bigger)
Check weight and measurements every week
Write down EVERYTHING you eat
Beauty
Try to plan your outfits for the next week
Always clean your face twice a day (in the morning and in the evening)
Remember to use hair mask twice a week
Use face masks and face scrub each two days
Try to get 8h of sleep
Use body lotion
Use lip scrub
Use nail hardener
Always have your nails done
Use eyelash nourishment
Use face creams and massage your face
If you stick to these rules you’ll be finally pretty and achieve all your goals. Before Christmas you should acheive your ugw if you fail it’ll be your fault.
