A local to the N109 zone, Scooter loves to cause as much chaos as she can, all for fun of course. She especially loves to mess with Sylus. She's a great source for information if you have the right price, and she's always around.
You'll often find her with the twins coming up with elaborate pranks and schemes. She's not above bribing Mephisto, and she's definitely not above using her Lemurian status to get what she wants.
Scooter had a sister, Raine, that went missing but was later rescued. Scooter blames herself for what happened and tends to cope with humor.
