The Living Room

The first drawing for this project is done! And let me say. I did not expect scale and perspective to be as hard as they were. I'm absolutely terrified to do the bathroom one because that room feels like it runs on dream physics. God help me

Pretty happy with this. Ran into a few roadblocks (the canvas quality sucked buttcheeks and I didn't realize how bad it was until I was halfway done. Spent like 10 minutes fixing that smh) but it came out pretty solid. I will say that I think you lose some of the sense of scale with Yesenin and Cat Lady right next to each other, mostly separate from everyone else, but it's not the end of the world.

Also, I didn't think we'd already see the cat so fast. Hi kitty!!

Smasher doesn't deviate from his baseline. Much. Unless you consider being an asshole (lovingly) to be his baseline. So, choom, here's a little list of how you know Smasher's down bad for ya 🖤:

Adam Smasher violates your personal space. A lot. Like... a lot. Like a cat. An aggressively affectionate cat. Complete with the mechanical whirring that is his purrs of satisfaction.

He also violates others' personal space when conversing with you. Like your co-workers. Especially your co-workers.

Smasher lets you get away with shit he'd NEVER allow under normal circumstances. Like your horrible decor for one. That he may or may not destroy.

Also, he lets you talk his head off. If only because he likes the way you rub it.

He's also willing to entertain your horrible pick-up lines. Doesn't stop him from shutting you down with love, though.

Speaking of decor, you ever notice how it's missing and... replaced with some of his own? Or preference, at least.

He's also oddly protective and gentle with you. Sometimes. Randomly, too. And only when he feels like it. If that confuses you, then that's the Smasher way, you guess...

Smasher knows people who know people who also know people, and as a result, he helps you know people... while also wondering how the hell you get your job because how do you not know these people? What the fuck do you do all day?

Chuckling when you call him a cut of fuckable chrome. Ah, you're cute...
