REDUX EDIT BASE CODE

the original redux theme is super outdated so i edited/updated it a bit to help myself and other theme makers out. this is intended for use as a base code to edit/tweak but also it’s a fully functional theme on its own.

since this is only my first theme, this probably could be a lot better than it is, but i am very proud of the way it turned out considering this is only the first time i have done this. any thoughts/comments are greatly appreciated so that i can try to improve!!
