Qsmp 2 just started and as a relatively new fan of Fitmc who has only really watched his twitch streams, I can’t say for certain that I’m correct about this or that I even have all the details (because he’s streamed this server once) so take what I say with a big cup and a half of salt.
During day 1 of the smp Fit says that Q!Fit had 3 ways of making a comeback to Qsmp 2 and I wanted to theorize on what he could’ve meant by that, so here are some of my ideas.
This doesn’t work for several reasons. Fit already went back to 2B, Madagio would have to hunt him down, bribe him back (reminder that q!fit thinks everyone he loves is dead, there’s not much to go back to), and get him to infiltrate the Federation again (which wouldn’t work because Fit took too long the first time, what could he change now?)
Q1 Fits storyline is done, and there’s too many variables depending on him coming back to a stranger filled island again for something he doesn’t want or care about. You couldn’t pay him enough to do a second round of espionage.
2 - Someone new asked Fit to come back
Same reasons as the first one. A glorified second Madagio asking Fit to come back to the island would not work.
3 - Fit goes back to find his son
This is a completely different island how would he find Ramon here? More importantly how would he get back? Did Madagio leave the portal open? I don’t think so. If anything Ramon would be the one finding him.
This wouldn’t even work out of character. Do they even want eggs again? Yes they were detrimental to Q1 but again that storyline is over, why would they bring back the eggs after all that? And why specifically Ramon? Half of the parents didn’t come back for Q2 it wouldn’t make sense for them to bring back Ramon’s story alone just for Fits lore.
4 - The Rebellion / Cucurucho brought him back
Why? They don’t need Fit with all the new members. If anything they would hire the new players instead. The Rebels depended on puzzles and sneak missions, things Fit aren’t very good at or good for. I mean... just look at his Arkanis vod. Never seen someone hand away clues so fast just to parkour in the corner. Plus, I highly doubt Cucurucho would go out of his way to hunt down Fit of all people in an anarchy server just to get him to come back to a new island.
Fit kept pretty much all of his espionage activities to himself. Any secondary islands or hideout locations would be useless now because of the new map. If Fit eventually gets caught up in the lore I don’t expect him to do much with the info he does get.
My Theory - Thats Not Fit
I think Fit 2 is Madagio.
Madagio was already proven to have the ability to change into Fit (minus his eyes) during the horror end stream, but with my personal experience in skinwalkers (that I won’t elaborate on) two years is long enough to finalize a form. Or.. you know… get contacts. I fully believe with his understanding of Fits nature, his data, and his abilities he could nearly flawlessly impersonate Fit.
“But what gives it away?” “Why do you think this?” Good questions!
Fit says he’s not as emotionally attached this season - of course he’s not, why would Madagio be attached to any of these people?
Fit says he’s got plans - you know what plans never got finished? Madagios. He still has some of the data from the previous season, I wouldn’t be surprised if he just outright asks someone for their information.
Madagio could sneak in - He already got Fit into the first island, how hard would it be to sneak himself into the second one? We KNOW he has the portals and the tickets to get there.
Most importantly, Fit waves off Pac mentioning Madagio - “Don’t worry about that asshole.” Don’t worry about it is one of the most worry about it sentences you could ever say. And outright sidelining him? Fit would never do that! He didn’t even like MENTIONING Madagio to people! Pac asking about a secret half deity who blackmailed and trapped him underground for months should’ve been met with concern, spite, and hushed voices, not a “eh! Who cares?” BRO? YOU CARE! YOU CARE THE MOST!?
I’m really hoping he brings back some type of Madagio lore this season but if it’s something else entirely I wouldn’t be mad about being wrong.
