╰♗╮ ⇢ Fingers brush over the furry muzzle of the elk, watching the large white-furred beast huff out a breathe before dipping his head back down to continue eating at what grass was available beyond the thin layer of snow. “It’s okay, Augustus,” spoken up in but a whisper as the angelic creature than turned his head as he saw what seemed to be someone waving their hand out of the corner of his eye. Turning his head, he lifted a hand in turn only to stop half-way when the questions were presented. “Oh! You’re in the park —.. right by the ZAO Cafe—.. you’re lost?” And pardon the large beast of an elk as he moved to rest his snout atop of the angel’s shoulder from behind — golden eyes locked onto the fae.
⌘ — - He's managed to get himself all turned about in a park? Goodness, but so much for being a creature of the forest if he can't find his way around a patch of grass. The young prince casts his gaze around, searching for any familiar landmark by which to orient himself, but the landscape's entirely foreign to him and he gives up after a short while, returning his attention to the young man with the... elk. Oh.
"Yes, I'm afraid I am-- -my sense of direction is terrible, apparently," he explains hesitantly, leaving out the bit where he must have sleepwalked for miles to end up here. One hand comes up to rub at his eyes as he clamps his jaw down firmly on the beginnings of a yawn. "ZAO Cafe... Is that near to any faerie rings?" is the next, admittedly rather odd, query. Going back through one of those would be the easiest option, since he's fairly certain they're all linked in one way or another.
