Lets see.. *Hits my table* Anyone want to rp?
I’m not exactly in a nice mood. Ever. Not when it comes to this guy.
Friend.. maybe he wants to be friends with you without you killing him friend..
*Me in general*
You: How did you get into my house?
Me: BECAUSE I’M BATMAN!!
Me: *Grabs rifle and shoots you in the head.*
Me: More like Scatman.
Me: I don’t get it. *Grabs the bullet* AND I’M BATMAN!
Me: Scat, as in shit.
Me: *Uses bayonet to stab.*
Me: That’s not nice. *Uses magic to change all his weapons into flowers*
Me: *Kicks with steel boot.*
Me: *Your steel boot are now flowers*
*Uses flowers to develop a poison.*
Friend.. What the fuck are you doing? Are you trying to kill someone! Its not fucking nice!
"A Peacekeeper I gaze upon," the Promethean muttered. Sun saw a human adorned with a helmet and somewhat typical human military uniform. Over the upper part of the Peacekeeper, a black vest hugged that area. “Delicately threatening…”
"Not so...
The Promethean became increasingly worried. She backed away slowly. She didn't want to become the problem of the two Humans that she stood before. "I am part of a race known as Forerunner...I came here because I need you to be aware of what will come forth as the Reclamation. The words that I will speak may or will seem irrational to you, but if you allow me to explain thoroughly, this information will be of great use."
"Can you make it quick? I've got to get back to defending this bridge."
"A Peacekeeper I gaze upon," the Promethean muttered. Sun saw a human adorned with a helmet and somewhat typical human military uniform. Over the upper part of the Peacekeeper, a black vest hugged that area. “Delicately threatening…”
"Not so threatening.."
The Peacekeeper trekked over to the two and reflected them. He nodded his head at the Agent, then turned it to the unknown. He gazed at her, and from the mind of the Promethean, it seemed as if this event took a millenium. Then the Promethean’s paranoia overwhelmed her, and brooded.
"Do you assume that I am a freak?" She asked. "I am unlike you, yet I am similar."
"She's a... what are you?" He asked holding his Flawket Launcher.
Thespartanassassin wants to blow it up with him.
The Agent looked at the other coming onto the bridge. “What are you doing here? This bridge is off limits.” He said standing in front of her.
"Lost my way…" The freelancer admitted. "Could you help?" She was frustrated..finally losing her sense in direction. "I’m Missouri. If codenames are important."
"There not really. Agent Dev of the Agency." He looked at the woman. He said pointing to the large tower behind him. "Missouri right? Your at Pacific City."
I'll get to replies later.. sorry I'm very tired.
"We can always come back from the dead.."
Well, that didn’t sound relevant to the conversation, but it was a useful ability to know. ”I was asking you if it was Agents that were killed or other soldiers that the Cell looted their weapons off of. Still, good to hear you can cheat death like that,” Joe responded. ”God knows a good number of the IVs could use that ability with how brain-dead they act in combat.
"Some of us IVs are decent, but a good number of them seemed to have regressed in skills. Think that because they have energy shields and augmentations they don’t have to worry about dying from plasma rounds. I’ve been in enough firefights to know that nobody shrugs off Covenant plasma rounds.
"Without shielding, it takes one or two hits for their plasma weapons to penetrate my MJOLNIR armor and kill me, and that’s top-of-the-line protection in the UNSC. And that’s just their basic, standard-issue infantry stuff, not even getting into their vehicle-mounted weapons or heavy or specialist infantry stuff. And it’s not even touching on the Promethean weaponry.
"Not sure how deadly that’d be on you, but I’d wager that not even you could walk away from repeat plasma hits, no offense of course. I’m pretty sure you’d last longer than us UNSC types without shielding though, judging by what I’m seeing from ya right now."
"Uhh yeah.. I can pick up a tank.."
"Oh now that makes more sense," Joe responded. Well, aside from the “Vehicle designs” part… he added mentally. He just assumed that he meant the entire vehicle, and not just the design specs. ”I’m assuming these dead soldiers weren’t Agents like you? Can’t really see guys like you being taken down by baseline human terrorists. Hell, even IVs like myself can handle your average terrorist, and we aren’t nearly as augmented as you are.”
"We can always come back from the dead.."
Eeyup, definitely augmented. Pretty severely too, by the looks of it. ”The Scorpion is the UNSC’s Main Battle Tank, but honestly I find the design of it to be rather flawed. Driver’s only got a thin sheet of metal plating to protect the cockpit, and the turret’s easy to cripple if you know where to shoot. Anyways, what you’re basically saying is that the Cell guys took everything except the kitchen sink? Or did they swipe the sink too?”
The fact that the cloning machine was destroyed didn’t sound too good for Joe. The Cell probably knew that these Agent types are nasty people to fight, so they most likely cut them off at the source to ensure that they wouldn’t have to fight an army of them. Not a bad decision from a strategic standpoint, but Joe had a feeling that it wasn’t gonna help them in the long run if the Agents are this augmented
"Uhh.. no.. they never entered Agency tower. They stole each piece of tech from dead soldiers."
"Oh, zombies, wonderful. It’s not like the Flood were bad enough, no, there’s another zombie threat out there,” Joe stated, completely deadpan. ”Anyways, you’re a clone? That’s a surprise. Not sure how that makes you a one-man army, unless of course clones like you are biologically augmented somewhere along the way. I suppose that’d be slightly more ethical than how we made Spartan-IIs and IIIs.”
Stretching his neck for a bit, Joe then decided to mention, “Innies are human terrorists that the UNSC deals with. They don’t like how the UNSC treats them, so they decide to become terrorists and blow everything up in the name of freedom. Bunch of low-life scumbags if you ask me, they have no qualms with destroying civilian targets. Now then, what sorta weapons did those Cell guys steal?”
He took out two weapons, One was a Flocket Launcher and the other was a Homing Launcher. "There's a lot more.. Miniguns.. Sniper Rifles.. Rifles.. Explosives.. vehicle designs. As well.. the cloning machine blew up when I was created. Is that a Tank?" He said going over to the Scorpion. The Agent then picked it up without a care.
Send me a ♘ if you think your muse could take mine in a fight
"Clever names," Joe snarked. More seriously now, Joe said, "Can’t say I’ve heard of you guys before. ’Course, I’ve been running into a lot of guys from places that aren’t on UNSC charts lately. Me, my job is to protect the UNSC from hostile threats.
"The Infinity and the Spartan-IV Program that I’m in was designed to fight Innies, but we’ve wound up having to get into punchouts with the Covenant Remnant. Basically a rogue faction of Alien Terrorists out to murder all humans. Not an easy fight, especially since they got the Prometheans on their side, but we’re managing.
"Of course, we’d be doing better if it wasn’t for the fact that a good portion of the IVs are dumbasses who run out into the open when they’re supposed to be taking cover. Lost too many good men that way. Now…what’s this ‘Freak’ threat?"
"There like.. zombies.. and the Cell is like a Terrorist group.. stole to many damned weapons from us." He replied. "I'm like a.. one man army.. since I'm a clone."
Reblog if you've ever yelled at a book.
I will never trust pink again
Dammit Rick…
Agent Dev then looked at the other. “… Agent Dev. I was born February Third.” He said holding a Cluster Grenade.
Man was holding a grenade. Joe might’ve had some Plasma Grenades on him, but he wasn’t stupid. He didn’t seem hostile just yet. Something gave Joe the feeling he might be a bit unstable, but he wasn’t a threat yet. Not only that, Joe was reaching for his pistol, which wasn’t likely to take him out before the grenade did. As a result, Joe moved his arm away from his weapon and relaxed his stance somewhat, though he was still on-guard.
"Spartan D371," he responded. "Name’s Joe. Pleasure to meet ya." Deciding to ask the obvious question on his mind, he then asked, "Care to clarify what you mean by ‘Agent’?"
"I'm Agent Dev of the Agency. I protect the people of Agency city from harm of the Freak threat." He placed the grenade back on his side. Even though the Cluster grenade would blow this entire room to shit with a rocket launcher on a friday night.
Hello Friend..
Joe looked at the man before him. Obviously not UNSC, judging by his gear, but clearly human. Not Innie either. Joe didn’t know what to think of the guy, so one of his hands was unconsciously going for one of his weapons. ”Heya,” Joe said. ”Who might you be?”
Agent Dev then looked at the other. "... Agent Dev. I was born February Third." He said holding a Cluster Grenade.
