Misha was mugged in Minneapolis, so he held up a Funko Pop figure of his character over his stitches on his lip. Poor guy. You could tell that he wasn’t his usual self, but bless him for sticking around.

At first, I was extremely mad when I heard about what happened to him. That’s his first impression of Minnesota. As a Minnesotan, I was embarrassed. But as the day went on, I saw so much love pouring from everyone in the con. Of course I can’t speak for Misha, but I hope that him sticking around actually helped him through all of this. I sincerely hope that he saw all of the love that Minnesota has for him and that his lasting impression of us is this love, not of this horrific event. I’m still mad at whoever did this, but I’m so proud of the fandom, especially those of us in Minnesota.
