THE STEP-BY-STEP PROCEDURAL ROADMAP
📍 Step 1: The Meeqat Boundary: Cleanse, enter the state of Ihram, declare intention for Umrah, and raise the chant of the Talbiyah.
🕋 Step 2: The Initial Umrah: Travel to Makkah for Tawaf (7 circuits), pray behind Maqam Ibrahim, drink Zamzam, and complete Sa'ee (7 lengths between Safa and Marwa). Shave or trim hair to exit the initial Ihram.
⛺ Step 3: Day of Tarwiyah (8th Dhul-Hijjah): Assume your second Ihram for Hajj and enter the massive tent-city of Mina, shortening the daily prayers to 2 units at their proper times.
🏔️ Step 4: Day of Arafat (9th Dhul-Hijjah): The core climax of Hajj. Stand in absolute emotional vulnerability from midday to sunset, weeping and seeking total forgiveness.
🌌 Step 5: Night at Muzdalifah (9th Dhul-Hijjah): Move after sunset under the open sky. Combine Maghrib and Isha, rest on the bare ground, and harvest your stoning pebbles.
🐏 Step 6: Day of Sacrifice (10th Dhul-Hijjah - Eid): Return to Mina to stone the large wall (Jamrat al-Aqabah). Complete the Qurbani sacrifice to feed the global needy, shave or trim hair, change into normal clothes, and complete the mandatory Tawaf al-Ifadah in Makkah.
🧱 Step 7: Days of Tashmeeq (11th - 13th Dhul-Hijjah): Stay in Mina and stone all three Jamarat walls in sequence each afternoon, actively declaring your rejection of inner whispers and temptations.
👋 Step 8: Tawaf al-Wada' (The Farewell): Complete 7 final circuits around the Kaaba before departing the holy city entirely—leaving with your final bittersweet supplications.
