𐔌  july 16 ,, ☕️ — 𝝑𝝔  ꒱

10:00 - went to the local farmers market with my mom. we ended up getting so many vegetables (who knew orange and purple cauliflower existed??), but unfortunately we couldn't find pickles anywhere.

10:46 - picked up a coffee grounds blend because we were running out

2:20 - cooked myself chicken and the orange cauliflower for lunch, apparently the color is a result of the cauliflower being more vitamin rich.

4:54 - watched youtube and started looking into travel costs and plans for my gap year

today was a really relaxing day, i managed to finish the metamorphosis, play beach volleyball, and go swimming

summer is starting to feel like summer finally!

i've been having a really relaxing summer so far! i work a lot, but at least it's making me a decent amount of money.

i also decided to take a gap year this year in order to think about my major more and find something i really enjoy doing instead of just following what everyone else is doing. i felt like computer science wasn't right for me, and i feel way better now that i admitted it!

me and my friends drove down to watch the canada day fireworks at the beach this year. that was really fun despite it being very crowded.

i finished the picture of dorian grey and am almost done reading metamorphosis already!

11:00 am ⤳ just finished writing my resignation letter. I'm going to take a shower and head over to the gym around 12, and i'll drop my letter off at work then.

4:20 pm ⤳ i dropped off my resignation letter, then went to the gym, and came back home at around 3. i'm gonna go eat dinner and then i'll start cleaning my room!

6:41 pm ⤳ i decided against cleaning today, i'm gonna chill for 15 min and then i'll go on a walk to get my steps in. also, my old situationship is snapping me again????? i literally leave for uni in 10 days, like why?

9:20 am ⤳ i woke up at 7 am today to finish my french homework before my lesson. had the french lesson at 8 am, and right now i'm organizing my planner and tumblr.

3:42 pm ⤳ i went to the gym and got home at around 2, then i showered, and had a tomato cucumber salad for lunch. after lunch i made myself a yoghurt bowl, which i ate while watching youtube. right now i might take an hour long nap and then i'll start working on my steps.

9:18 pm ⤳ i messed up today. i didn't stick to my diet, step count or anything else. fuck. but i did apply to 4 jobs, so hopefully i get one of them.

10:48 am ⤳ i woke up at 8 today and just laid in bed until 10:30. then i showered and right now im doing my skincare routine. me and my family will leave for dorm shopping at around 12, so im gonna read for a bit and then start getting ready and doing my make up 𐙚🍓

12:00 am ⤳ omg i left for dorm and grocery shopping with my mom at 12 pm, and came back at 5 pm. shopping was so so tiring and after i ate dinner I was planning on going to the gym but i passe out until 8 pm. at that point i only walked for 8 000 steps -- which was bad because i had 12 000 more to go and i was gonna be busy with a math lesson from 9 to 10 pm. i did manage to keep my streak and get my steps in! right now i'm laying in bed, scrolling on pinterest because i'm tired.

12:39 pm ⤳ had a 6 to 10 am shift this morning, then i got home, had lunch and filled out my planner. i'm really tired, so i'm going to take an hour or so long nap and then go to the gym 🧸

❝ also, i started redesigning my phones homescreen and lockscreen! i want to have a cute phone for uni, so here is the progress so far! i want to change the app icons and add another page but so far so good ⤵

1:52 pm ⤳ i've been putting off sleeping omg, i gotta get to that now or else imma wake up from my nap way too late to finish everything i want to. but i've also been thinking about what to post on tumblr and that rabbit-hole went deep omg 🪷

❝ i also may or may not have chugged a liter of water... i feel like shit, but refreshed at least

5:25 pm ⤳ i have been asleep for the last 3 hours omg. that was a way longer nap than i wanted to take. oops i guess. i feel so sluggish and tire, so i made myself coffee and am trying to make myself feel alive. i'm going to finish my coffee and am going to start getting ready for the gym.

8:21 pm ⤳ i got home from the gym and i'm really happy i went. i had a great workout but i'm still so tired. i'm about to shower right now and am going to walk around the room to finish my 20 000 steps.

11:59 pm ⤳ i just finished walking for 20 000 steps, didnt get the chance to finish my resignation letter today, so i'm gonna do it tomorrow morning. also, im gonna go dorm shopping soon! so excite for that. but yeah, good night everyone

11:35 am ⤳ i just got off of work ─ a 6:00 am to 10:00 am shift that went by pretty fast. i think i'm going to chill until 12pm and then start doing my nails. but right now im watching an Amberlynn Reid documentary and typing out this post ˚.🎀༘⋆

1:02 pm ⤳ just finished doing my nails! they're really short now which sucks, but its a necessary evil to fix my nail damage 🧸

5:01 pm ⤳ got home from the gym and figured out dog sitting stuff with my neighbours. had a great workout that consisted of the stairmaster and incline walking. then got myself my fav drink ─ black raspberry sparkling ice 🫐

8:21 pm -> in the last 3 hours I managed to make some sort of dorm essentials list with my roommate, read a few chapters of The Picture of Dorian Grey, and walk 3 000 more steps. right now I need about 7 000 more, so I resorted to walking around my room in circles ☕️

10:30 pm -> just finished getting all of my steps in, watched more YouTube, and drank another liter of water. overall, this day was amazing! i have a 6 am shift tomorrow, so good night everyone 💤

⤷ in less then a month i will be going into my first year in university! i'm very excited to start a new chapter of my life and move away to a bigger city to pursue a degree in computer science. so come with me to plan and look forward to the following 7 months of my life.
