Self care Sunday

/ Start with an early morning. Have yourself a big and nutritious breakfast. Lemon water is very good to drink in the morning as it flushes out all the bad stuff.

/ Try doing some yoga or go on a walk afterwards to get your muscles loosened and have your body moving.

/ If you happen to be religious, then you can pray during this time. If you aren’t, Then perhaps you could begin taking a shower or a bath and listen to some of your favorite songs or just some calming music!

/ You could use this time to spend time with your loved one, whether it be your significant other or just family or a close friend. Perhaps you could even have them join in on the self care day!

/ If a mani/pedi is a little too pricey for you, Then you could do one at home! Look after your nails and make sure to keep them looking nice and clean. There’s many ways to do this, just look online!

/ End the day going to bed at a decent time so that you don’t get bags or feel exhausted in the morning. Sleep well and remember to always take care of yourselves! with much love, ❤️
