30 Days of Character Development

Day 1:  Describe your character’s relationship with their mother or their father, or both. Was it good? Bad? Were they spoiled rotten, ignored? Do they still get along now, or no?

Lex was always very close with their mother, when they were growing up. They have no relationship with their father, and they have no real desire to have one. They weren’t spoiled, and were taught the art of independence. It was important to their mother that they learn to be on their own. As they got older, the two drifted apart, and they haven’t really reached out to her in quite some time.
