Understandable - that’s a weird one and kind of a stretch.

I believe that Michael is often interpreted as a queer character (I've only watched half of BMC, in all honesty, so I don't know for sure). This song in particular can be seen from a queer perspective - Michael is left alone at this party by his best friend, someone he trusts and someone he cares about very deeply. He feels betrayed by his friend and like he’s been abandoned. This can be seen as friendship or something deeper. 

Also, musicals are just fun to listen to and a lot of queer people like them, so I thought it would be nice to include a musical song, lol.

Pride month is almost over and I meant to do something for it. Then I didn’t. So now I’m doing something! Send me prompts for art/ficlets/playlists with any LGBT ship and I will create that thing! I’ve been working on adding more details to my art, so art prompts are preferred but any kind of prompt is fantastic. It can be AU things, headcanons, pride things, whatever you want <3

Happy trans day of visibility! Here are some gender headcanons I have for today: 

Donna is GNC (gender-nonconforming) This does not mean she is trans, anyone can be GNC. I think of Donna as GNC because she literally is. Yes, she wears dresses, but she doesn’t conform to traditional femininity. Both in everyday outfits and personality, Donna shows conformity and I love that about her. 

Fez is also GNC! Or genderfluid, depending on what I’m writing. He expresses interest in dresses and women’s clothes, so I like writing him as either GNC or genderfluid and giving him that feminine style. (I wrote it in Shared Embers)

I’ve always wanted to write Fez as a trans woman (MTF). One day I will. I don’t know when, but one day. 

Suzy Simpson, Kelso’s cop friend, is GNC. I see her wearing suits. 

I’m gonna write a fic about Hyde being trans (FTM) at some point. I keep saying I will and yet I have nothing written for it. It’ll happen one day. 

Rhonda is a trans woman! I’m not trying to discount larger women, I just want to celebrate tall trans women. And Fez would be totally cool with her being trans.

i have a list of all the lesbian things that hyde does but number one is the whole plot of S1E22 "Punk Chick" where this girl rolls into point place on a motorcycle and hyde has sex with her in a motel room and immediately decides to run away with her to New York to live happily ever after like Hello??? dyke behavior.

hiii so a long while back you talked about genderbent!jackie/hyde (as in, jackie and hyde as a mlm couple) and i must admit i've been gnawing on the idea since then and i want to see someone write it bc i'm not sure if i could get it right. is it something you'd ever consider writing? i'm so fascinated by the possibilities of a genderbent jackie... if you have any thoughts abt him pls share

I am writing this, I have a few different things in my drafts for it. It's actually what I'm referring to in this post I made recently.

I got a prompt I really like from an anonymous ask, so I'll be using that I think. My other drafts haven't really worked out because I got bored with them.

I love the idea of mlm J/H. I love writing mlm relationships. And despite Jackie being a very feminine character, I can visualize her genderbent. I'm very excited about this fic :D

LOL. Eric is bad, but it can be endearing. I love that scene in “Gimme Shelter” when he calls Donna all the silly nicknames.
