I'm a hockey player but currently my main focus is CrossFit. If I'm not working, I'm working out at my box (CrossFit UnPhased). I'm starting this mainly to post and track my workouts as I train for competition, but you can follow if you'd like :) I follow a lot of the programming at UnPhased, but also add in my own strength and skill pieces.

The roadie down to Columbus to see No. 1 Wisconsin blank Ohio State 5-0 was well worth the risk of spontaneous combustion. Im still overwhelmed by all the red (go blue!) but what a privilege to see such quality hockey from @badgerwhockey . (at OSU Ice Rink)

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect adventure to send off @carlyethompson . Thanks for accepting my 7 year old heart. You may look like a boy and have a head shaped like a potato, but I love you to pieces and I appreciate you more than you probably know.
