PREPARE YOURSELVES: #singletsaturday mega post. Holy smokes, what an awesome start to the 2017 season. Went 9/9 in full power (27 white lights WHAT), hit PRs in all my lifts, and went 100/60/145 to add 17.5kg to my total. Officially in the 300+ total club 🙌🏻🙌🏻 • Also tried my hand at military press, and set a new national record! (Went 4/4 there too).
