I have never been a huge fan of attending concerts, mostly because I know the crowds are going to be crazy and packed in tight. But there are few groups that I have absolutely been dying to see live and Evanescence was at the top of that list for over 18 years!!!!
So when I got the chance to see Evanescence with Lindsey Stirling I was like NO ONE WILL STOP ME!!!
It was worth every penny, from the VIP pre package to the amazing seats in the orchestra. I chose to do the Lindsey Stirling VIP package and it was so much fun! I loved the face painting and the Q&A and the private performance her and her band gave us! The entire night was better than I could have expected–Florida heat and humidity be damned–and seeing two amazing performers put it all out there made this the best concert I’ve ever attended.
For me music is a wonderful and inspirational way of expressing yourself, but also inspiring people. For me most of my writing is inspired by music (or other books and tv shows). When I am writing I ALWAYS have music playing and pretty much all of my playlists have songs by Lindsey and/or Evanescence.
In the spirit of that, I thought I’d share some of my pics and videos from the concert.
