For garlic lovers, these Garlic Overload Burgers are a dream come true! Beef patties that are spiced with garlic and topped with melted Swiss cheese. They come with a creamy garlic burger sauce. It's a blast of flavor!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and black pepper to taste. 4 slices Swiss cheese. 4 hamburger buns. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons sour cream. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley. 1 teaspoon lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
Instructions: Warm up the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Ground beef, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together well in a bowl. Make 4 burger patties out of it. Grill burgers for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Put a slice of Swiss cheese on each burger and let it melt in the last minute of cooking. On the grill, toast the buns for about one minute. Put mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, chopped parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Mix these ingredients together to make the creamy garlic burger sauce. The garlic burger sauce is creamy and should be spread on the bottom half of each toasted bun. On each bun, put a grilled burger with melted cheese. If you want, you can add lettuce, tomato, and onion slices on top. Place the top half of the bun on top and serve right away.
