yea i’m kinda just done with the nonchalant way we treat sex and the way we ignore how sex can be damaging. sex can be fun and empowering and liberating and freeing. but so many of us have to unpack the damage that sex has done so that we can really enjoy sex. and i’m tired of acting like you can just skip those steps. that we can all just have sex and enjoy it and if you’re not having sex then there’s something wrong with you. there are so many reasons to just stop and think before having sex. and it’s exhausting the way we act like it’s no big deal, when to some people it’s a huge deal
