A little US holiday insight. We all know holidays can bring all kinds of stress and worries. But remember to take time out for yourself to breathe deeply (at least 3x) to ground yourself and connect to source. Put your hands on your chest (heart space). Know that you are not alone and give your worries & stresses to source. Allow spirit to help reconnect you to the Divine. Shine that light all around you! Where do you find JOY? • About 10 years ago I was not able to see or feel much joy in my life. Most the time I only felt pain. Then a few years of deep spiritual healing and my eyes and heart opened. Now joy is everywhere. • My most joy is seeing & watching my daughter, hugs, kisses, the sun, the moon, smiling faces, laughter, calmness, breathing deeply. I could go on and on there is so much joy in this world.

My heart is oozing gratitude & love today. I had the honor to facilitate a women's gathering last night. It was such a pleasure to hold space & share intimately with such a beautiful group of women. I left feeling full and it continues to surround me today. What a blessing!!! 💜🔮💜🔮
