I didn't think this one would work for 🧬 but it did! cs takes a while to respond on the live chat and they'll try to push for a reshipment say they'll "investigate" but I still got my refund when asked so if you don't feel comfortable getting investigated then a reshipment and return would be your best option!

refund through chat super easy. cs dead ass said "I'm sorry your packages never arrive" unprovoked cause I've done like 2 other dnas on that account with plenty of legit purchases in-between so I'll probably stop doing them for a bit
