I Beeped.
I was at a store. I had lifted makeup and bath products in my purse. I also lifted formula, a case of la croix waters and a case of bottled water. I also actually bought some food items and went through the self check out. I just didn't scan the big stuff. I never do .When ever I go grocery shopping I just never scan the stuff on the bottom cart because I’m too lazy and no one notices. I exited and the alarm went off. The self check out guy looked at my cart, then me. I was smiling with a receipt in my hand. He asks” Do you have tags on anything?” I looked down at the cart and said” Um, I dont think so.” Then he walked away while saying “All right”. Then he started helping a different customer. I beeped again on the way out and just smiled and shrugged my shoulders like “ Weird” No one stopped me, no one followed me. They just smiled back like “Oh, it happens!LOL!” All I did was act like I was innocent/in a hurry. People saw my confidence and didnt except anything.I loved my bath products so much I went back the next day to lift more and also got a new pair of Nikes that were sitting out on display. I just picked them up and walked off with them.
