Second Meeting
“Duly noted,” Ratchet nodded as he ushered Prowl outside of the rubble and towards the gathering group of officers and medics working the scene. The Prime was standing, watching the flurry of activity around him with a critical, somber gaze while Ultra Magnus was talking with one of the smaller groups of scouts.
Light-Edge sat beside the Prime, blinking slowly at the pair.
“Dizzy,” Ratchet gestured towards him. “He’ll need his systems recalibrated later.”
Prowl nodded then noticed Sparknight, who was standing outside the Enforcer Tape, watching Light worriedly “Prime let Sparknight in, I think it would put her mind at ease knowing that Light-Edge was okay” he said
Light-Edge remained still, trying his best to not move and cause the room to start spinning. An internal system screamed about something, but he blocked it out. Whatever it was, it could wait until after everything more important was taken care of.
He glanced through the figures milling about, the crowd a wash of officers and injured bots. He wondered if this reminded any of them of the start of the Great War, before cities were razed entirely.
“I don’t think I like desk work,” he murmured, the Prime beside him giving him a small glance.
“Too much action.”
“Good to see your humor is still intact.” The larger mech allowed himself to smile.
