He can 'teleport' by using electonic and lightning
Is really fast
Can turn into some light/lightning-like form
Can make a huge lightning strike someone
Can electrocute someone
Can use his powers to turn some electroincs on but not for long
Story:
When he was little, his parents were killed by some gang. He was born with his powers and they are setteled deep in his genetics and DNA. His aunt and uncle took care of him until he got 16 and the gang found out where he was (the gang wants his powers), they killed his aunt and uncle as he ran away into another town. He is homeless but from time to time lives in small abandoned house in the forest, he can't stay much in one place to don't leave too much things after himself. He doesn't know about his powers. His powers use his energy so if he overdoes it then he can die.
