Cannonball Coleman suits Willowcreek more than Nordhaven so I moved him there and gave him a wife. I didn't really change anything about him except adding some skin details.

Real-life inspiration
While researching yet another midcentury modern build, I found this MCM house from 1963 by architect Clifton Jones Jr., and I immediately knew I had to build it. Here are some impressions of the original building.

So what do you get?
Del Mar Avenue 432 is a 30x20 residential lot that is best suited to San Sequoia, but could also work in Oasis Springs, or Del Sol Valley (with an added garden area). Iāve placed the lot on the ā23 Eucalyptus Lane" lot in the Hopewell Hills neighbourhood, but the Sequoia Cottage or 36 Bayani Place lots in the same neighbourhood would work as well.
The lot consists of 1 floor, though a basement could be added via the garages. Each duplex has one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a guest bathroom, a living/dining room, a kitchen and a garage. If you'd like to have another bedroom, simply convert the garage into one.
Note: I needed to remove the debug floors in front of the doors on the right side of the house, because sims can't walk on them. Instead, I added regular flooring (not yet pictured in the screenshots).

just a heads up, i own all the packs so i apologise in advance if there are any missing items :(
do we like this? (I am thinking about moving this to a bigger lot to have a bigger garden area, but I also feel not doing it hmmm).
The original building is from 1963 and has a very small back garden area and a courtyard, which I included in the build. I'm also thinking of removing the garages, as they're only decorative and there's space for the cars anyway. Each duplex currently has only one bedroom, so removing the garages would add another one, which I think is better for gameplay. But do let me know what you think!

When Nadine's beloved Bonsai tree was stolen by a jaded ex-business partner, she hired Isla - a freshly minted lawyer (and newly single). The rest is simstory as they say! Nadine is a vivacious florist with a green thumb and impeccable dancing. Isla is no nonsense attorney with a love for the dance floor and seeking inner peace.
Leo is their son and pride & joy. He's a newly practicing lawyer specializing in tree law (a branch off the old tree!) Ultra-competitive and a lover of the outdoors, it's time for him to branch out (... I'm sorry) and lay down some roots of his own. (okay, really, I'm done).
