weight gain day 1
So I'm just gonna go ahead and be shameless. This is me, after my first ever workout (again). This is supposed to be a weight gain journey even though I already look fat in those pictures. But believe me, it's just my body is not toned. So I guess I'm working to make my body more proportionate, which is to say, gain weight in the right parts.
So, yeah. I'm following a youtube video by Koboko Fitness - The INTENSE Weight Gain Workout. I will be doing this every day, and I will be posting here my progress!
P.s. this is just for me personally, but if anyone happens to find this, I hope you're not bothered by my body hair and my face. Whatever.
