Well, a few ignorant idiots just hate the idea that we’re finally being accepted. They hate the fact we’re marrying. They hate the fact that we’re moving into neighborhoods that are supposedly “straight.“ So they lash out by trying to kill us.

So nice! I'd say to ignore comments like that, but I also know how difficult it is...stay strong and focus instead on all the positive reviews! And btw, if someone is writing an apocalyptic story, one can also imagine that there may be some people dying in it too XD

Wow, you guys are amazing! Thank you so much for the support!! The truth is these kind of things usually affect me quite much, but this one didn’t. Because it’s soooo amazingly ridiculous! I mean... really? I killed the wrong character? The warnings about major character death and all my explanations that everyone, except for Blam, were potential victims were not enough???? The insults were not appreciated, though, obviously, so I decided to delete it (for the first time since I’ve been writting).

As some of your have been periodically asking during this year, I wanted to share with you the fact that my father finally died yesterday after a long fight with cancer.

Thanks to all those of you who have supported me all along, you guys are the best :)

Tip toes for that scene and the more I look at the hug in Shooting Star, the more I think Sam might have literally been holding Blaine up off of his feet.

Way to make the scene even more heartbreaking. I always pause at that scene because well, this is the first time we see Blaine interacting willingly with anyone after everyone shushed him and he basically shut down. He kept away from everyone and just curled on himself until they got the all clear. His first interaction with the rest of ND was this hug and he does for his best friend. He’s positively sobbing in Sam’s shoulder (you can hear his sobs in the episode) and now, we’re concluding that Sam is literally holding him up? Fuck

Another thing: Sam is resting his head on Blaine’s shoulder. He bends his head a little to reach it. He’s both comforting and giving comfort. Sam is just coming down from his terror over Brittany and from the terror of the shooting and he needs to lean on someone, and to assure himself that it’s over and that everyone is okay so he clutches at his best friend and he leans his head on his shoulder. Sam has also seen Blaine shutting down in front of his eyes but he didn’t really register it because he was so terrified for Brittany. Now that Brit is here, he is taking action to reach out and comfort Blaine. Sam is leaning on Blaine and letting Blaine lean on him at the same time.

And maybe you haven’t realized but, after Blaine lets out the first sob, if you listen hard enough, you can hear Sam whispering “it’s alright now” to comfort him. And that’s when Blaine finally lets himself break down and starts sobbing completely because he finally feels safe in Sam’s strong arms. It’s so heartbreaking and warm that it kills me everytime.

“I can’t go out there by myself,” Blaine confessed unsteadily, searching the crowd in the hall outside the locker room for the guys that had laid into him halfway through the school dance. “It’s too soon. I just—”

“Hey, relax, alright?” said Sam, drawing Blaine back from the door. “You’ve been doing great. You’ve been practicing your boxing. You’re all healed up. You’re awesome. Besides—” here, Sam held out his fist for Blaine to meet with his own, “—I got your back.”
