Do you ever feel yourself getting bad again? Like you don’t want to eat and you can’t sleep and everything is like a brink away from breaking down? But its so fucking heartbreaking because you were okay for a while. You slept and ate and smiled and meant it for a while? But you can’t or don’t care enough to reach out to anyone because you feel like these short stretches of happiness means the long stretches of depression mean nothing? Like your faking it?

for someone obsessed with losing weight I’m not very good at it
Things I've learned:
• Binges won’t destroy your progress overnight. • Binges aren’t the worst things in the world. • If you go back to restricting right after a binge, your body will hold onto the binge food, causing you to gain weight easier. • It’s better to slowly ease back into restricting after a binge, so that your body doesn’t shock itself. • If you try to fast right after a binge, chances are that your body will just hold on to the binge food throughout the fast • Be patient.

When you stand up and go blind for 10 seconds:
“No offense but you look more than 100lbs.” “120 pounds?! That’s how much i weigh and I’m a guy!” “Honey maybe you should have a salad instead.” “Oh you should come workout with me!” “You’re going to lose weight and be healthy? Thats a laugh!” “Oh my gosh your cousin is so thin, shes always been so pretty.” “Hey, what’s your friends number?” “Did you gain weight?” “Are you going to eat all that?” “I don’t think that dress would fit you.” “Wait if you have an eating disorder why aren’t you..thin?” “I would let you borrow it, but i just don’t want it to get stretched out.” “We don’t carry your, sizes here.” “Maybe you could try a sport.” “You look fat.”
