I’ve been trying to eat a little healthier lately because going to the nutritionist was a bit of a wake up call for me: I eat way too much junk. In order to cope with this I’ve been eating more fruits and vegetables (though lately since fruit isn’t seeming to keep so well in our home I’ve been leaning towards vegetables and have made soups, homemade chips, salads and other random things. I remembered having these a while back and I just wanted to share how to make them because they really are a great, versatile and filling thing to eat! ♡ ingredients ♡ -oil -rice paper -sweet potato -cilantro -cabbage -vermicelli noodles -carrots -cucumber -lettuce ♡I got started with the sweet potatoes & while they were baking I washed, peeled and prepared all of my vegetables. the arrangement didn’t really matter since I wanted them all to be different looking. For Lapin I added some meat or fish in to the mix (shrimp, chicken, salmon)
^the salmon ones~~ :) The inside of the vegetarian ones looked like this:
Anywayyy, follow the instructions on the rice paper package to make them really, the insides are all up to you (I’ve seen people put fruit in them and they look so nice!) ♡ ♡ ♡
Yay thank you for sharing!
