Attention tumblr artists

I know y’all like drawing what mermaids in different bodies of water would look like, so I’m begging you to draw what mermaids living in the Yellowstone Rainbow Pools would look like.

Hundreds of feet deep into underground caverns, 190 degrees Fahrenheit with little that can survive except the bacteria that makes the pools so colorful I bet you guys could invent some cool looking mermaids around these.

How would you guys feel if I switched back to this style for a while?

It's that time of the year where I wanna spice things up and switch my art style again! I feel bored of my current style and feel like a change can help me fight art block and create things again! This style is so cute to me and could be used for my comics as well 🩷

One should always have at least 2 craft projects going. That way, when one of them is messed up and misbehaving, you can switch to another, and let the first one sit there and think about what it's done.

Sometimes (oftentimes), when a creative project is "misbehaving," it's because it is tired, and overstimulated, and just needs a time out to rest -- like toddlers often need.

And sometimes, you should give your creative projects time to talk to each other, as well as to you.
