i hope i'll find someone to look at the sky with.

someone who'll lie down in the grass next to me, staring at the sun until our eyes water and we end up having to turn the other way, finding ourselves giggling face to face.

someone who will sit with me by the window during a cloudy, rainy day, a cup of warm tea in our hands and a blanket draped over our shoulders, drawing us close as we look at the gray sky.

someone who will run with me out of the house as soon as the first snowflakes start to fall, and throw back our heads to catch the snow with our tongues as we laugh like little kids.

someone who will fight me on the shape of clouds because how can that be a dinosaur, come on! while i shake my head and point to another one, as they parade across the sky for us to look at.

someone who will take my hand at night, far away from cities and artificial lights, while we stare at a sky painted with all the stars, constellations and galaxies in front of our very eyes, making us feel infinitely small as we cling to each other.
