Love Covets Your heart is slathered in grease A satirical ploy to rile your loins And leave your love obsolete. An eccentric marring of fate The devil's most vicious tale Takes us to the promise land And our mind we incubate. But this is not uncommon In the mad woman's quest To find a parasitic gamete disease When searching for herself
Hoping this lil blog of mine will grow đ±đżđł
Bathe Him I wanted to bathe him To let his body still and soak To let his eyes close and countenance un-clench Eliminate all pain and catch his notes in my eyes. See them trickle down, Firm formations of beaded sound and emotion. Lengthened and shorted by time and time again. Polluted by ends. I was straddled in a moment Cautious to endeavour in what I fear and do not know Wanting him to bathe me then Wanting him to attend to my words And wounds. But he had already bathed me, cleansed me, rescued me. And so, with those notes still in my eyes, I bathed him. While beads brimmed full to the top.
A Field in Maugherow
We lost it here In this field where the bone was thrown and the knife almost Split his calves in halves.
It wasnât a clear night and it wasnât with clear heads that we feasted on befuddled stars,Â
But we were caught on resilient tethers that lapsed our malleable heartsÂ
And so we surrendered to it. To this life.
A Lull In Time
A deranged cat rolled time from her pockets and licked her paws. Crimped whiskers hung limp and dusty, she stared at nothing in particular. Hands drenched in heedless love stroked her back. She felt nothing. The tail flicked absentmindedly.
Suddenly it curled into a spiral and became rigid, no claws appeared. Her back hunched and lungs grew. The hands left and left nothing. Creature fear entered through her ears and nose. The tail wrapped, loose around her, letting nothing out but time.Â
Her collar hung fashionably, like a noose. The hands came back now and cradled her. She lay her head a-rest upon a seasoned lap and dreamt she was a tiger. Time buckled under her weight.
It left her alone again.
